5 out of 5 eggsNice GPS

Pros: Awesome GPS. It works great.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Not really the GPS's fought but in my F350 the power does not turn off with the ignition so I have to unplug it everytime I get out.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat gps

Pros: I bought one for my wife as a bluetooth speakerphone and a gps. She loves it. She uses it everyday to take calls on. I can hear her clearly through the microphone and the speaker is loud enough for her to easily understand even soft-spoken people. Also, Garmin GPS's are the best ones out there for the low end. Truly a great value.

Cons: It's thick, unlike the nuvi's. It doesn't really matter though because once you stick it to the windshield, you can't tell the difference.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This thing is amazing. Works right out of the box, just plug in and enter a destination. Drove to California by way of the Grand Canyon for the first time 2 weeks after I got it and it never missed a turn and that includes the roads within the Grand Canyon Park. If you deviate from the original route it immediately recalculates a new route from your present location. The ability to find businesses at or near your destination is really helpful.

Cons: Updated map information file is over 2GB and takes forever to download. Where intersections are really close together such as you'd find along freeways, on & off ramps and side streets the turn information can come too late to make the turn if you aren't paying close attention to street signs.

Other Thoughts: Great buy for the money.

5 out of 5 eggscouldnt find Nurvana

Pros: It finds places and does it well. If you give it an address it finds it. If you don't follow its route it does recalculate the route. It seems to work well.

Cons: It sometimes sets it's mind up to the route it wants you to take and will not change it's mind. Because it does not have the roads in it usually that is why it sometimes will not change its mind. More than once it told me to go a way that is very much out of the way.
But it would have gotten me to the place I wanted to go just took longer to get to it.

Other Thoughts: If you are on a route heading south say it wants you to turn 2 or 3 streets before you need to turn. The route should me more direct. Did the updates but didn't get the free software after I did it. guess Maine is not a place Garmin services much. All and all I like it and can see some of the benefits to having it. Found a restaurant I was looking for but I had to go to the town before I could look it up.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic

Pros: After owning a Magellan this device is a breath of fresh air. Calculations are quick & accurate, maps are upgradeable, works flawlessly with the iPhone, receives traffic information!

Cons: The Mac version of the Garmin map update software caused this GPS to not be able to boot (stuck at loading maps). Reformatting and reinstalling the maps in windows fixed it though.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good

Pros: does everything better than my old Navman F20. Much easier to use. Went to Wash DC & it worked perfect.

Cons: None really

Other Thoughts: Next one will have the larger 4.3 screen. Not necessary but nice.

4 out of 5 eggsJust bought it and love it..

Pros: This is my first GPS system and I love it, the fact that I live in this city and still don't know my way around too much is a sad thing but the GPS makes me feel good and more confident about driving and finding hot spots. The unit offers everything you can imagine. Check out youtube for some of its features.

Cons: Charging can only be done through USB and Car (No big Deal)

Other Thoughts: Newegg Shipped 1 day deliver

5 out of 5 eggsIt Works!!!!

Pros: Not only does it work, it works very well. This is my first GPS and I spent quite a bit of time making comparisons to determine which one would best meet my needs. This one does not disappoint, it delivers.

Cons: Some may think it's a little bulky but I like it. It's size gives it character.

Other Thoughts: This unit does a lot more and has more features than many of the other units offered at a much higher price. Again, you won't be disappointed. Oh yeah, and the free 2008 - 2009 map download is not bad either.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: The gps is amazing. I used to sell a few others besides garmin. I would try my best to sell those only cause its user friendly. very reliable, very accurate, small, and does what it says it does for a good price. if you have yourself a cell with blue tooth and link it to this gps, well then you have yourself a speaker phone and when looking up stores, restaurants, and other places, it gives the number and u can click it and it will make the call. If im correct, my cell reception when connected is a lot better. normally i get cut off at a few spots but when im connected with the gps i dont. who knows

Cons: You have to wait for it in the mail???

Other Thoughts: Newegg is awesome. I have been buying from them for years now and no complaints against them. got the package early, product works, great customer service. I recommend you to stop reading this review if your looking to buy this and just do it. for the price that it is, its a steal!

4 out of 5 eggsPretty Good

Pros: Easy interface. Very intuitive.

Fast screen refresh rate.

Cons: Doesn't show the next turn unless you press a button.

Sometimes it does not give sufficient warning before a turn.

Cannot manually enter an alternate route during trip.

Spoken prounciation could be better at times.

Shows arrival time instead of time till arrival (causes confusion when crossing time zones as the clock does not change to reflect local time.)

Other Thoughts: As bulky as it is, I would have expected more features.
