1 out of 5 eggsLasted 10 months.

Pros: work well when it was functional

Cons: After 10 months, PC failed to recognize it. When I pulled it out of the USB slot, it broke. Had to remove the metal shield with pliers. First time I took it out of the port since it was installed.

It took weeks to ship.

2 out of 5 eggsGreat but fragile

Pros: Easy setup. Good strength of wifi signal.

Cons: After about 6 months, this little thing broke when I pulled it out of the front usb slot. The sleeve just stripped off of the electronics and is now useless, and it was even a strong pull, just pulled on it normally. Very cheaply made.

Other Thoughts: If you handle this adapter with care, it works great, but it is very delicate. Probably would not buy again.

1 out of 5 eggsAbsolute Garbage - Do not buy

Pros: None. Never worked. Not a single time.

Cons: Was never recognized by any Windows computer. Had to wait for this dud to be shipped from overseas.

Complete garbage.

Other Thoughts: Tested this device on multiple USB ports and hubs on multiple computers. It was never recognized. The USB plug form factor seemed to be too large and was difficult to insert into ports, but even after it was fully inserted the OS never recognized there was even something plugged into the port. There are numerous better options (smaller, cheaper, actually work) available on Newegg. Look elsewhere.

4 out of 5 eggsEDUP USB WiFi N Lan Adapter

Pros: Easy setup. Fast speeds and high signal strength. Very inexpensive.

Cons: Be gentle! The circuit board is about as tough as a saltine cracker (though not as thick). Bang the short stick while it is plugged in and you will end up with a shattered mess.

Other Thoughts: A really great deal if you can remember to protect the stick.

3 out of 5 eggsPretty Convienient

Pros: It gets me wifi on my desktop. It's also quick to set up and easy to use. The convienience of having wifi on my desktop is pretty nice. I have a custom buil gaming PC and being able to use the internet on it is really nice.

Cons: It doesn't really provide fast internet speeds. My desktop, connected directly to my router, is much faster. The only reason my desktop isn't directly connected is that the only working wall jack to plug my router into is in another room.

1 out of 5 eggsNo Warrenty

Pros: Lasted 6 mos

Cons: When it fails {and it will} there is no place to RMA. The Warrenty is useless.

5 out of 5 eggsEasy to install and it works

Pros: Easy to install just plug it into USB port and then run the disc that comes with it and had wireless Internet set up on basement desktop PC in less then 5 minutes.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: No issues so far after 1 month, if I have any issues I will be sure to update.

1 out of 5 eggsIt connects. Is it too much to ask for more?

Pros: Cheap and small.

Cons: Where do I start? First, after waiting three weeks to arrive it was having problems simply connecting to my wireless network. After half an hour of troubleshooting I finally got it to connect. At 20 feet away it just refused to work. Tried it on another machine where it would sluggishly load some webpages, so I left it there since that machine didn't get used.

So I went back to using my old Netgear WNA1000 that dropped signals that I ordered this to replace. That got busted while I was moving and I was forced to use this to get my desktop to connect. At my new house this will /still/ not work worth the power it takes to turn on the LED. 50 feet from the router it's struggling to even load Google. At 75 feet my Xbox 360 will stream Netflix effortlessly, my phone will load webpages in a flash, and my laptop does everything it should without a hiccup. This has been hung up on Google (still not loading anything) for the entire five minutes it's taken me to write this review.

Other Thoughts: Spend your money elsewhere. I'm going to crack it open and see if soldering a better antenna on will help, but I guess for now it's time to use a bridge that I had hoped to use elsewhere.
