The PowerDock home docking station does more than just charge your Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx. It activates Android Daydream, turning it into a super-useful information display for any room in your house.
When you place your Droid in PowerDock's cradle, the phone's info display and Touchless Control voice command features come alive, giving you hands-free access to other applications. The oversize time and alarm display make it perfect for the nightstand, counter, or desk.

This review is from: Griffin PowerDock Docking Station for Motorola Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx
Pros: Simple. Does what it purports to do.
Cons: A bit over-priced for what it is. Male USB plug is rubber-mounted so it flexes. Seating the phone thus requires a little of finessing. Stand has no sides, so bumping it can cause the phone to flop out. I actually cut 2 small plastic L's from a cassette tape case and glued them to the left & right sides to hold the phone in the cradle.
Other Thoughts: My biggest objection is not with the cradle as much as it is with the loss of a true desktop mode in Android (4.2). "Daydream" mode is not equivalent of a true desktop function. There are a couple of Daydream widgets out there that provide a little more utility, but don't expect too much.
