5 out of 5 eggsBest Monitor I've Ever Had the Pleasure of Owning

Pros: Purchased Sept. 2013.
This price point allowed me to dump my extra budget into a 7990.

+ Amazing value.
+ Response time has been great.
+ Great customer support. Answered my questions promptly and effectively.

Cons: Nit-picks.
- non-maneuverable base
- non-mountable without minor modifications
- 1 stuck pixel (took me 4 months to see the bugger, and I lose track of it all of the time.)

Other Thoughts: Debating whether or not to get an additional two of these in the near future, would definitely consider QNIX as the only 1440p brand I'd buy at the moment.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: These monitors are great, I have ordered 3 over the last few months and not one has any dead pixels. The color is good, and the price is very good.

Cons: They do feel rather cheap though, the stand is a bit wobbly as others have said, and along the bottom are buttons that don't do anything, the cable seems to be an after thought, all three monitors came with different cables, the first one came with a standard cable, the second came with a standard Korean cable, and the third monitor came with a Korean cable with a "travel adapter" stuck on the end.

but the display itself more than makes up for it, and the price is almost unbeatable.

Other Thoughts: All in all a great monitor, I look forward to buying more in the future.

Pros: amazing color
high resolution
fine dot pitch
minimal light bleed
no stuck pixels, or dead ones

Cons: my godd the stand is pretty bad...it works but the monitor wobbles if shook

the actual housing of the monitor is sooooo cheap, but it gets the job done

they did not include an adapter for my power cord! now i have a useless korean plug just sitting here...luckily i had a spare US cord from my old monitor

4 out of 5 eggsGood pixel per dollar

Pros: Very good picture; no dead pixels that I have found yet.

Cons: As others have noted, in order to use a VESA mount, the monitor stand has to be removed, which involves taking the entire monitor apart, which is tedious and a bit nerve wracking.

Also, I was initially concerned that the monitor was not functioning correctly; if you don't supply it with the appropriate resolution, the monitor does not work at all.

Other Thoughts: I purchased a new GTX750 NVidia card to drive this monitor, adding it to a build that previously relied upon onboard graphics. The new video card is surprisingly quiet and cool. I am now wondering if I can drive two of these monitors with the card. It has 2 DVI outputs, but I don't know if the card will support it. Any comments on this question would be appreciated.

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect

Pros: Nice screen, sharp colors, light weight.

Cons: On dead pixel (BDP). For me that is not a big deal since it is in the lower right hand corner and I use it for coding.

Other Thoughts: It arrived in 2 days even though I selected 7 day shipping.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing value!

Pros: - PLS panel
- High res (1440p)
- Bright
- Fantastic colors
- Great white and black.
- No dead pixels
- No back light bleed
- Overclockable
- Price!

Cons: - Only a DVI-D port

Other Thoughts: I'm so glad I read the reviews of this monitor and decided to buy it. This monitor is an amazing value. Every time I boot up my computer I get a huge grin on my face. I'm very happy with it. I'm so glad I did not go 1080p. This picture is so crisp with great looking text.

I must have got a good one because I have no dead or stuck pixels and there is zero back light bleed. I have played several games on it and they look amazing. I was a bit concerned that Blu-rays would not look good on it because of the higher resolution but I was wrong. Blu-rays look great with great colors and amazing blacks.

Props to MNW GLOBAL! this was shipped overnight from Korea and it was well packed. Great service!

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect coding monitor

Pros: -Hi res
-Bright
-Excellent response time
-Great color rendering
-No dead pixels
-Brightness uniformity is top-notch

Cons: -None

Other Thoughts: I bought this for work, in which I: write code (using IntelliJ Idea), run builds, debug with a browser, etc. It is absolutely spacious and I can't imagine going back to anything lower res. I had to dial down the brightness as it was a little intense out-of-the-box. Text is crystal clear, mine had no dead pixels, brightness uniformity is the best I've seen on an LCD. Worked right off the bat connected to my old school Mac Pro.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Huge resolution and great picture quality.

Cons: Poor quality/design. You have to remove the bezel in order to take the stand off to mount it! Craziness!

This is partly my own fault for not properly reading the description so BE WARNED This monitor may contain dead pixels! Mine did! Newegg accepted my RMA because they are awesome as always.

Other Thoughts: I got this monitor because of the great reviews its been receiving and it looks like a lot of people are getting some that don't have any stuck/dead pixels. Looks like I was just unlucky.
