The MaxiTPMS® TS601 is the most powerful TPMS diagnostic & service tool in the world capable of fully diagnosing TPMS problems as well as activating TPMS sensors and reprogramming the vehicle's ECU. MaxiTPMS TS601Features & Functions:
1.Activates ALL magnetic, frequency and tire deflation triggered sensors using 125KHz continuous 2.or modulated wave signals
3.Receives both 315MHz and 433MHz signals

It uses the car OBD II connector power supply to power up the scanner and it has optional external power supply cable to power up scanner when not possible with car's power OBDII. This scanner is perfect for the novice automotive mechanic. TPMS features can really help on resetting a big number of sensors. I will update as I get to use that feature Cons: The cost does not reflect its usage. the diagnostic software is cheap and it is not capable of doing advanced testing. The voltage graphing refresh rates are very slow. This is useless for advanced diagnostics. there are other scanner that do better. AUTEL diagnostics software is falling short of being perfect. Again there is no actuation features except EVAP which is very vague test.
