LED - long life, lightweight. If you're looking for a projector for outdoor movies and occasional use (like projecting on the side of the RV!) this is the ONE! Pretty good sound also - so you don't need speakers all the time Cons: Probably not as good of resolution as high priced projectors but great for what we needed it for.
