Cons: Battery lasted one year and died. Absolute piece of (K)rap. A Duracell would have lasted longer. No customer service -Phillipines!!! Save your money!!! Get a real tooth brush!!!

Pros: The brush cleans really well and I like how simple and clean it is. I use both brushes and the tongue scrubber thing. My husband just uses the big brush. but its easy to switch back and forth.

Cons: the vibrations felt kind of strong at first but after a day or two I got used to it and now I sort of like it. Feels like its massaging my gums.

Other Thoughts: I used sonicares for a long time but I really like this better. A lot easier to use and the new brushes are way cheaper.

Pros: Good brushing system ,have had 4 unite in the past 15 years

Cons: Last brush stopped charging after 3 months, contacted customer service (out sourced), promised replacement charger in 7-10 days. THREE calls and six weeks later still no replacement!

Other Thoughts: After 15 years using product (Replaced 4 units) This will be my last due to poor support for defective products.

Pros: I felt this did a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth. Great that it included multiple brush heads (personally I preferred the large round). The tongue scrapper was fantastic and the floss tool was quite nifty. Holds a good charge for awhile.

Cons: The two-piece base for holding the different tools was awful and would never stay together. I was constantly fighting with it to keep it together. After about 3 months the charger quit and a few days later the brush was out of juice.

Other Thoughts: In the end, I got really clean teeth for 3 months and giggled while doing it (the vibration on the gumline makes me uncontrollably laugh at times). Unfortunately this ran me $34...I can by a 3 month toothbrush at the store for a couple of bucks.

Pros: Price. Worked almost as well as sonicare when it worked.

Cons: After 3 weeks of use, would not charge.

Other Thoughts: I thought this would be an economical replacement for my sonicare. After getting used to it -- it feels a bit different than sonicare -- it seemed to clean as well as the sonicare. Then it stopped taking a charge. It's on the buyer to pay for shipping for a replacement and based on other reviews here, a replacement will probably stop working in a short amount of time also, so I never bothered.

Pros: quality brush heads, quiet, looks nice

Cons: Lasted 1 month, returned for replacement, died again after another month. First time was the base. Not sure what the issue was the second time time. Too annoyed to waste my time on junk.

Pros: I was pleased with the way it worked for as long as it worked.

Cons: The system died in less than four months. Based on the information provided by customer support, it is probably the charger base that is bad, although there is no way to be certain. Unfortunately, the shipping & handling charge for a replacement under their warranty is the same as the price of a new system from Newegg, and the charges for replacing only the charger or only the handle aren't much better.

Other Thoughts: Stay away from this product.

Cons: The charger only lasted 6 month.

Pros: I purchased 5 of these last year for stocking stuffers for our family. The pros, these work really well, when they work. My teeth definitely feel much cleaner when using this toothbrush vs. a conventional toothbrush. The multiple brush head sizes make this suitable for both children and adults.

Cons: Out of 5 purchased toothbrushes, all 5 have non-functioning chargers now. I'll be calling their customer support to see how painless the replacement process will be...hopefully not too bad.

The flossers only work if you have extremely loose teeth, otherwise they break almost instantly.

The "Free replacement" brushes and lifetime warranty is true, but very misleading. In order to have the lifetime warranty, you must have an active brush replacement subscription, which while it is free as advertised, the shipping & "handling" is 39.95 every 6 months. Which, while comparable to buying high quality standard brushes for the family every six months, is still a bit misleading.

Other Thoughts: Overall, I do really like how well this toothbrush works, but I'm not looking forward to having to get replacement chargers every six months if the trend continues.

Hopefully their customer service department rocks. :)
