Pros: Well built, easy assembly, durable

Cons: As an engineer I would suggest this product be manufactured for four bikes, with every other bike facing the opposite direction. I purchased two of these to do the same thing except it would be more economical to combine 4 bikes into a slightly smaller configuration.

Pros: Seems well enough made and went together easily.

Cons: If you assemble the rack for side by side bike support, one has to go in by the front wheel and one by the rear wheel because the spacing is too close for the handlebars. I own two road bikes, and the rear derailleur tends to hit the stanchion for the rear-inserted bike because the stanchions are too wide for most road bikes. You can make it work if you have the chain on the higher couple of cassette gears (derailleur moved outward), but most of us don't ride bikes into our garage in high gears. This is a real nuisance and I know of no way to get around it. If you own a road bike, I'd advise against buying this rack.
