5 out of 5 eggsAmazing mouse

Pros: I got this mouse on a black friday deal 2013 and its been amazing! I absolutely love this mouse, its latency is extremely low, I've game with it a lot. Tons of buttons, very comfortable and pretty good battery life.

Cons: none

4 out of 5 eggssatisfied

Pros: Battery Life! On endurance mode, had it for two months and still using the same batteries. The software claims I still have more than half juice left. This is much better than my g700 or g700s which would chew through batteries in two and one day(s), respectively.

Cons: Two of the buttons are hard to click.

Other Thoughts: Rating it four until I see whether this one will develop a double click issue as quickly as the six g700 series mice had.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfection in your hand

Pros: Comfy comfy comfy. It's considerably bigger than most mouses, which is extremely comfortable, even after long hours of play. I have huge hands and it fits my palm very well. It's very responsive. I don't even bother with performance mode because endurance mode is already good enough. The on-the-fly DPI setting is great. I've been using it heavily for three months and haven't had to change the batteries. It can also read on any surface you put it on. I use it with my laptop so I often use all sorts of surfaces as makeshift mousepads and it works well on anything. The materials are very comfortable on your hand, so you won't be getting that sticky, sweaty feeling on your palm.

Cons: While the button layout is mostly great, it takes some real practice to hit a couple of them closer to the thumb joint. Not too difficult, just takes some time.

Other Thoughts: With a name like Logitech, I was expecting a lot from this. I was not disappointed. The G602 is definitely the way to go. Much more comfortable and user friendly than the G700s in my opinion. The software is take-it-or-leave-it. I personally don't use it very much at all. Caused a couple issues when I booted up without the mouse plugged in and wouldn't switch to touchpad.

4 out of 5 eggsGood replacement for my G700

Pros: My G700 decided to start giving me issues and it was past the 3 year warranty. So I went looking for a new gaming mouse. The second biggest pro of the G602 is the battery life. I can't even remember how old my batteries are. The G700 needed to be plugged in every couple of days, and if I forgot, I ended up with a wired mouse by having to plug it in while I used it. I like the 6 thumb buttons compared to the 4 on the G700. Also, and this was the biggest selling point for me over the G700s, is that it fits my hand better. My hands are slightly larger than normal. I can comfortably get 3 fingers on the top of this mouse. This eliminates the pain I feel between my middle and ring finger from other mice caused by having my ring finger on the side instead of the top. The reduced polling rate has not been noticeable (500 vs 1000), in fact the optical tracking has worked better for me than the laser did.

Cons: I really really really miss the three index finger buttons of the G700. I loved how they were positioned and contoured. I loved slipping my finger back to G8 to release Adam Jensen's Typhoon. It just felt right. Those three buttons were mean for special attacks. They screamed press us for awesomeness! The two flat buttons on the G602 are OK at best. The scroll wheel is unable to be set in free spin mode, but it's no big deal.

Other Thoughts: I've owned nothing but Logitech mice since my first mouse, the three button MouseMan in '92. I've lost count of how many mice, but that's 22 years of using only Logitech. I can't say I have that level of loyalty for any other brand. I've tried to like other mice of all kinds. Logitech just makes the mice that I like to use. Also, in 22 years, this is the first Mouse I have had to replace because it was faulty. Over a dozen mice, many of which were abused, and this is the first one. In fact, other than my hand hurting, I would have kept this mouse for a long time as I really loved it. Unless they make the changes I want, this mouse will be my primary mouse for years to come as well. As with the G700 I use the USB extension for the radio, and keep it on my desktop near the mouse. I have no problems as long as I do that. It is even sitting next to the radio for my Intuos Pro and they do not interfere with each other. If they made the next G700 wider, or put the index G buttons of the G700 on the G602, it would just about be perfect.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice gaming mouse (my first G mouse)

Pros: -multiple configurable buttons (6 on the side and the 2 sensitivity buttons) can be changed to whatever keys you need
-Can change DPI on the fly, can be configured from 5 values in between like 250 DPI to 2500 DPI (at 250 intervals)
-Can change how often it reads movements "performance mode" (500 per min) and "endurance mode" (150 per min) the 150 per min is faster than the mouse I had before it. (Can change the intervals of that as well)
-Good packaging
-Wireless
-Battery powered

Cons: -A little big for my small hands (not that bad)

Other Thoughts: In order to configure the buttons you need to get the software form Logitech's website. Doesn't come on a disc and its probably to big for PnP!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Great tracking, perfect grip, easily customizable via the software interface. Another great product from Logitech.

Cons: None. Absolutely none.

Other Thoughts: The perfect mouse for humans with large hands (6'4"). I've gotten used to keyboard shortcuts for everything I can. This mouse changed that for me.
