Would this fit in a Mini-ITX? the holes are 2 inches apart.

For full specs, follow the warranty link to the manufacturer's site they offer two cpu coolers from that page, both for similar processors. This was made for AMD Athlon XP and Intel Pentium II processors, which predate ITX motherboards by at least a decade. That said, the ITX standard isn't much different from Micro ATX in this regard. If you have a supported CPU in a Mini ITX rig, this should be adequate. Just ensure your ITX case allows space for the cooler and its airflow. Side Note to the Egg/3rd party seller: If time allows, please fix the Manufacturer's Product Page link. The page still exists, but seems to have changed its address.
