3 out of 5 eggsSo far not bad.

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: I just tested it out of my system and everything seem to work great, no leak at all.

I will update later the observations on my processor.

Cons: Already a defect i noticed, the backplate for Intel is missing one of the black plastic adjustable tip with a screw. Luckily i am using it on an FM2 socket not requiring the backplate. Though it is giving me a very bad impression on the quality control.

1 out of 5 eggsGreat then died

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: Bought this in January of this year, installed it myself, worked amazingly! More quiet than any of the fans already on my computer.

Cons: Unit died 8 months after purchase, but not entirely. I can't get more than 90 seconds out of it before my CPU shuts my computer off in an effort to save itself and not burn up. Fan still runs, pump is still getting power (blue indicator light still on, I can hear the pump trying), but its not cooling my CPU at all. Removed sides to my computer case, pump and motherboard are lightning hot. I contacted Cooler Master via their support email, and haven't heard anything back from them. I'm hoping some kind of customer service gets back to me with some sort of help.

5 out of 5 eggsMore than you may expect

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: -Very cool, lowered my idle temps (FX-6350) from 35C to ~14C
-Extremely quiet, as long as your ear is more than 3 inches away and you aren't trying to hear it, your golden on sound.
-Rad is extremely small, it can fit in a corner of my little NZXT 210
-It will lower room temperature 1-5*F

Cons: -Tubes are long, will fit in a mid-ATX case but not recommended.
-Tubes are also stiff, they love to be "fun" to get in tight spaces, hence why it's not great for smaller cases as well
-Installation is not too easy.......

Other Thoughts: I bought this only for cooling, i had a loud rig and was very used to sleeping with it, with my head literally by it xD. for 2 days now i keep thinking it went into sleep mode when it's just dead silent. The purpose i bought it for was also well done, i can only get my CPU 4.4GHz stable ( :C ) and under full load for about an hour it sits at 39C almost all the time.

5 out of 5 eggsSeriously Cool

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: I just replaced my six years Arctic Freezer Pro 7(rev 2) for this, and man is there a difference.

I had been trying to overclock my phenom ii 720 BE(I know I like it old school) and kept hitting a wall past 3.4 with the Arctic. That wall was 70c when trying to blow past the 3.4 mark.

Right now I'm running prime 95 with phenom clocked at 3.6ghz and I can't break 45 C.

It's magic for overclocking, that's the truth. It also just looks and sounds so cool. At bootup you'll hear the liquid moving around for a few seconds, granted that's a frightening sound at first. It had me checking for leaks the first few minutes

Cons: It's not an easy installation. You'll definitely need the help of buddy to hold down parts while you turn the screws. It probably doesn't help that I was too lazy to remove my motherboard from its case during installation.

The most tedious part of the installation is probably screwing the fan and radiator to the back of the case. You have the use of 4 long black screws with about a quarter inch of thread at the tip, and those screws go through both the fan and the radiator. One helluva pain, but it holds up at least.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for overclocking and that's what it does best. Install it right by taking your time to screw it down evenly over the cpu and apply thermal paste correctly, and this thing will chill your CPU. On another note make sure you hook up the fan cable on a slot where the mobo can regulate the speed, otherwise it will blow at full 2500 rpm, and it'll sound like a jet engine. Make sure the block connects to the CPU FAN and make sure that it is NOT regulated by the board(NO CPU SMART FAN), you need that thing pushing water consistently.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat cooler

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: Works, got another fan to help push air through the radiator
Keeps an i5-4670K at 60C with full load at 4.7 GHz
Quiet cooler

Cons: No real issues

Other Thoughts: Can hear the pump sometimes doing pump stuff when all is quiet, but the pump quiets down after whatever it does. I have the pump on 12V constantly. With everything else running while gaming it does not stick out over the dull hum of fans.

The tubes are stiff and like a foot and a half if I remember right. Can be too short. Stiffness not an issue, it's not like they're made of steel, they can be fit into places with some work.

5 out of 5 eggsamazing little unit

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: This little thing is a champion. I have had it for over 2 years and my 6core never goes above 45 degrees celcius. fit can be tricky due to case manufacturers but that doesnt make it lose an egg. Don't hesitate to buy

Cons: fitting of radiator

4 out of 5 eggsNew in box failure

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: I own about 5 of these and haven't had a problem before.

Cons: Opened it to a wet bag holding the radiator.

2 out of 5 eggsIt's just meh

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: it easy to install, mine came with my amd fx 9370 and push/pull fans, and it gets fairly warm with all 8 cores at 4.7ghz (prime 95 torture test) warm like 78C and idle is like 38C

Cons: this is a small radiator, I've read plenty of total failure reviews, and have been monitoring the pump speed and temperatures pretty close especially during load testing, it was free with the processor, going to upgrade this one gets heat soaked too fast and can't release enough heat

4 out of 5 eggsGood cooler

This review is from: Cooler Master Seidon 120M – All-In-One CPU Liquid Water Cooling System with 120mm Radiator and Fan

Pros: This all in one unit makes for easy install. Pump runs quite and steady. Lowered make temps to make OCing a breeze.

Cons: If you do the rebate, prepare for a long agonizing wait.
