3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Incredible wire hiding, always have had full cases and this one made it almost incredible to hide any wire needed. The Black case also made it hard to see any wires existing even inside the case. The large 200m Fans are fairly quiet. Lots of Screws game with the case, and extra pins in case your board is a different size. Lots of expansion slots for your builds

Cons: I'm not sure if it shorted my board, or i bumped something because the computer worked prior buying the case, but i had to re clock my whole bios to get the computer working. But after i fixed all my hardware issues all the plugs worked (usbs) but i couldnt get the External HD to work. My Logo Light doesnt light up. But my power button does.

Other Thoughts: I was expecting the 5 stars to really be above and beyond especially being sold on new egg. thats why i buy on here instead of other selling websites because descriptions are accurate. Overall, i like the case, i will keep it because of my likings of full cases, and large fans.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Customer,
We would recommend contacting Thermaltake Customer Service so we can assist you with your external dock station and the lighting effects. If necessary, we can have any damaged components replaced.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks sleek, ambient lighting with what it comes with is not overpowering, the cable management is decent, and the size isn't overly large while still allowing ample room to work inside when needed.

Cons: The amount of long screws for additional intake and exhaust 30mm thick fans is lacking and I know the fans I am getting to add here will not come with additional screws.

One of the hard drive rack clips snapped almost as soon as I touched it. Overall the plastic these are made out of feel to rigid and brittle. They don't require a lot of force to remove, but there is not a lot of play with these.

SATA power connections into the hard drives made it a little difficult to get the rear panel back on.

Front cover comes off a little easier than I would like, but not in a completely not-able-to-cope way.

Pulsing blue...dragon?...on the front at the peak of its intensity sort of feels like it's burning my eyes. Unplug or cover and you'll be fine.

Other Thoughts: For the price, the case looks and feels like a premium one. As this is my first case for my own personal computer build, I like it a lot.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case!

Pros: Easy HDD Installation
Easy Bay Drive Installation
Little to no dust collects inside (from dust shields)
Fits all of my hardware
PSU is placed in bottom of case for easy installation
Plenty of liquid cooling room

Cons: Cover sometimes will not slide back on correctly

Other Thoughts: This is a great case - it looks cool, and it works nicely.

4 out of 5 eggsNot too shabby

Pros: The case is massive. This makes it easier to install everything. Plus the fan expansion options are awesome. I was replacing an older thermaltake case so I took 2 of the 233mm fans from that and put them in this one. I love the easy pop off panel design too. The 2 USB 2.0 and 3.0 front panel inputs are nice to have too :D.

Cons: The only con is that the front inlet 233mm LED fan sometimes does not spin on it's own. Occasionally I need to pop the front panel off and poke it so it will spin up when starting the computer.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent X99 Case

Pros: Plenty of hidden portals to the back for cable management.
Just the rights size inside.
Plenty of room for extra fans.
240mm radiator fits perfectly (with 2 fans).
Great layout for HDs.
Easily maintainable dust filters!

Cons: No specific place to mount fan controller (but plenty of room to make-shift something).
Perhaps it should come with the extra fans in the fan holes?
Some of the components are glued in. I'm concerned about longevity of the glue but may not be an issue.
Would be nice of the top and front panels locked in place.

5 out of 5 eggsThermaltake Overseer - the batman case

Pros: -Lots of Space
-Beautiful LED Fans
-Great cooling
-looks gorgeous
-hot swap slot for hard drives

Cons: I wish the grommets were a little wider for cable management. that's okay though

Other Thoughts: I bought this case for my fiance because shes obsessed with batman and this is the most batman looking case i could find that performs well. she nearly had an aneurysm when it came through the door.

5 out of 5 eggsThermaltake Oberseer RX-I VN700M1W2N Tower Case

Pros: Love the drive bays in this case. Very accessible through the side simply by removing two screws. (No tools required). The large 6" bay fans allow for excellent cooling of drives and Memory. The hard drive caddy built into the top front make viewing or formatting an external, un-housed drive a shap. The 3.0 USB ports on the front top are very convenient.

Cons: None.

3 out of 5 eggsGood, but not sturdy

Pros: It's big, there are plenty of holes, hooks and other doodads for cable management.
With fans in all the 200mm slots, it's super cool and super quiet.
No trouble installing a super huge CPU heatsink or an EVGA GTX 480.
I really like the HDD trays.
The HDD quick connector slot on the top of the case is SUPER useful for a tech like me. It works for full size HDD's and SSD's.

Cons: The front and top panels are made of plastic, which hasn't broken yet, but nothing fits together well.

LED light from the fans bleeds through huge gaps, and the fan mounts on the top and front don't support normal screw sizes.

Most annoying of all, half of the front USB connectors are broken, and the glue holding the LED's in the top front display don't hold.

Worst of all, if you pick up the case at the most obvious points, which seem sturdy, it's very common for the front panel to just pop right off, which caused me to nearly drop it several times.

Other Thoughts: This should have been a really good case. All of the important points are there, but the external (and most visible) components are really cheaply made.
My $2000 computer feels cheap as hell, and I don't like it.
Get something else.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Customer,
If there are any issues with any components within the Overseer RX-I, we can have them replaced for you through warranty service. Please contact Customer Service for RMA instructions. The top and front panels do easily remove to allow easy access the top and front fans. We would recommend holding the bottom of the case when the case needs to be moved.

4 out of 5 eggsRebate Hassles

Pros: Great Case, however this is a review update from my 5-egg review.

Cons: I'm demoting 1 egg due to a rebate hassle. I submitted the top bar code on the list of bar codes, which I believed to be the UPC. As it turns out, the "UPC code" is one of the lower 3 barcodes.

Other Thoughts: Learn from my hindsight and send in the whole barcode label panel, but make yourself a photocopy. It has been quite a headache to get a simple $25 Amex gift card.
