Pros: - Expected Apple quality.
- Works and looks just as good as our non-refurb iPad 2.
- Beats paying outrageous retail prices for Apple products.

Cons: - None really.

Other Thoughts: - Does not have the apple logo on the back, as others have stated, if some people actually think that is important. I could care less.
- Serial # is in the settings, just like every other iPad.
- Actually just ordered another (refurbished again) iPad Air from same seller.

Pros: Works great. No scratches on the screen. Seems to be exactly what was advertised.

Cons: As the previous reviewer noted, the back has been changed. It is not an official Apple iPad back. It has not changed the functionality at all but it makes one wonder. This is the reason I did not give it 5 stars.

Other Thoughts: I wanted to write a review as this company has had some very mixed reviews. This product was what expected for a good price.

Other Thoughts: I'm gonna try and get my cash back, I would not buy this! If I told someone I had an ipad and then showed them this they would call me a liar.
