Pros: - In nearly new condition
- iOS was already up to date with 9.2
- Clean OS and factory reset with no trouble with Apple registration
- Nice Custom JemJem Box
- Included Charger/Cable

Cons: - Not too great of packaging. It was sent in a plastic bag but the phone was in a very nice custom box.
- No headphone (Not a bit issue for me)

* None of these cons affect the actual product however.

Other Thoughts: I have to say I am glad I ordered this phone and that JemJem was the supplier. I like good small companies that do awesome jobs of refurbishing stuff and have good customer support. I had emailed JemJem prior to ordering this phone and they assured me it would be in great condition and it was!

So far it seems to work very very well. I am happy and only time will tell if the battery holds up.

By the way for those who have never owned an Aplle iPhone and such if you do not have a SIM card (Nano Sim for iphone 5) then it's nearly impossible to use the phone on wifi. I tried some minor hacks and they just don't really fully work. So make sure you have a nano SIM card but the sim card does not have to be active with a carrier as you can use iTunes via WiFi once the card is in.

I am no Apple fan and actually sorta despise their products for all the various good reasons. But the stuff they do well they do well. Just not keen to their greed and propitiatory ways among my other issues with them. But this deal was cheap and while not a fan of the iOS it does look pretty and even a monkey should be able to use it as long as you don't really have to do anything very well or goodness forbid anything Apple/Jobs does not want you to do. You'll need other OSes to do those but you can also use other OSes and programs to unlock the strict access on iOS so you can further develop for it or use it for more than just pretty icons and texting and such. =)
