Weider Ultimate Body Works

The Weider Ultimate Body Works features an incline bench with wheels that can be adjusted to the desired position with the help of pulleys on both sides. By adjusting this bench, you can increase or decrease the weight resistance suitable to your body weight. A versatile machine. Easy to put together. Cons: Doesn't substitute everything. Some exercises are awkward to position on the machine. This mixed with some other tools would be beneficial. Gym arrived a day ahead of schedule. Very happy with this product. Easy assembly, done in 20 minutes while alone, though instructions recommend 2 people.
