It is not the vendors fault but it falls on the shipper. They sat on the order for a week and then called with a short window to respond, WARNING!! this comes in a box and has to be fully assembled. I took me about 4 hours to put it together and I had the tools, so if your not mechanically inclined I would not attempted it Other Thoughts: The chart was very small to show the exercises. 1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. The XRS 50 is up and doing exactly what it is suppose to do. A fine workout unit. I enjoy it. Cons: The Exercise Guide that comes with it could be expanded so that is is more readable Print and photos are so small it is hard to figure out what is shown. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful.
