Pros: #1 pro is functionality. There is tons of side to side adjustment, some vertical adjustment, but best of all these brackets could hold up a young teenager. The hinges at the base could hold me! These are way underrated if installed correctly. I wouldn't have a problem putting a 25-30 lb speaker if not sticking out too far away from the wall. They also look great without taking away from the speaker.

Cons: I'm being really picky here, but it could allow for a little more down angle. I used the brackets for surround speakers and mounted them up high, angled down a little.
