Pros: The shipping only took about a week to get to my door. The product was cosmetically flawless as far as I could tell. The price was reasonable.

Cons: The socket for the bearing on the wheel is a little bent, causing a slight wobble at high speeds and my disc brakes rubbing as a result. I didn't notice it was bent until it had already been installed. The company was terrible at answering their phones at any given point, and they don't tell you that you need to request your MCO for it to be shipped to you.

Pros: this is the worst ever. newegg shouldnot even be allow to be in business. this is a business to sSTEAL, you all are theft.

Pros: It's incredibly light, it's like it doesn't even exist, because I don't actually have it, because Killer motorsports never bothered to pass on that the shipping company was having trouble contacting me.

Cons: Very hard to see, since it never actually arrived, since Killer Motorsports never felt it important to let me know that their shipping company was having trouble contacting me.

Other Thoughts: Apparently Killer Motorsports feels disinclined to actually contact you if there are any problems with shipping. The shipping company they use had apparently been trying to contact me for delivery since 1/7/15, but this information was never passed on to me, not even after I requested a tracking number on 1/28/15. They provided a tracking number, but didn't even bother to provide a basic website address, only a rough name. When I finally found where to use the tracking number, it told me in transit, but had no mention to having ever arrived at their docks to be ready to ship to me, and only updated as delivered on 2/10/15 which I found out had to do with being shipped BACK to Killer Motorsports.

Pros: the scooter is just what I wanted, will be using it to ride while camping, and race tracks. have rode it around town & it has performed as expected. the shipping was fast, only on week from Texas to Michigan . won't be able to ride it much more because of winter, can hardly wait fro spring.

Cons: owners manual & assembly video are somewhat vague, called tech service & they were very prompt & helpful. manual doesn't tell that the brake lever must be depressed to start the scooter. Taotao needs someone to rewrite the manual.

Other Thoughts: overall a good deal,,seems to run better the more it gets broke in.
