Note: For jump start of 12V vehicle
1. Make sure that the number of indicator lights are not less than 3.
2. Connect the red clamp of jumper cable to the vehicle's positive(+) battery terminal and connect the black clamp of jumper cable to the vehicle's negative (-) battery terminal.
3. Plug jumper cable into MAXMADE Jump Starter.
4. Start the vehicle.
5. When the vehicle starts, remove jumper cable from MAXMADE Jump Starter within 30 seconds.

I ordered 2 and one had a problem with the plug in wall charger, I sent one email to E2E and they quickly replaced the "entire" unit. You don't see customer service like that much anymore. I replaced my old in-car charger/USB plug with this product and this one has the much better look of whitish color (my old one was a black charger with only 1 USB port while this one has TWO!), not to mention it has the function of jumping a dead car battery. The user manual is self explanatory enough. If I remember right I spent 15 dollars for that in-car charger, so the price I paid for this thing is more than reasonable, definitely recommending to my friends all around (my roommate already bought one after my Persuasion. :D.
