Cons: none really. Other Thoughts: I bought this after loosing a motherboard so I had to take my laptop apart and put it in. Pros: Good snug fit. fan speed is adjustable, quiet but moves a ton of air. save your motherboard get one today.

Cons: none really.

Other Thoughts: I bought this after loosing a motherboard so I had to take my laptop apart and put it in. I also put a new internal fan, it was 4 years old. this works 10 times better than the internal fan.
