Pros: Relatively quiet
Clear hosing and water block to see flow
Unlike the 240 models the fans aren't connected together on one pigtail
Modifiable but extending hosing or adding different radiator or vga block (3/8 x 1/2 hosing)

Cons: Hosing is a little short and flexible leading to kinks (easily upgraded)
If you intend to use this on an Asus sabertooth z170 The fit is VERY tight but can be done
Stock fans are a little noisy but can be turned down in the BIOS
