Pros: The Ipad was in very good condition, a few scratches but nothing that bad. The seller had it already set up for me and all I had to do is update it to the latest version. I have never tried an Apple product so I decided to buy a refurbished product to learn and am happy I did. I researched the ipad 2 first and then did the update to the latest version and I had no problem at all. I hooked it up to my computer and all went well. I still have a lot to learn but am also learning windows 10 at the same time plus being a caregiver so all will come in time. I am very happy with this purchase.

Cons: None that I can think of or know of.

Pros: Inexpensive. Company made a feeble attempt of taking care of me for a defective item, despite their claim they take care of their customers 100% (see below)

Cons: Advertised as refurbished with "normal wear and tear". Upon receiving item and opening it I noticed the screen was very scratched up and cracked. I don't consider cracked screens normal wear and tear. They gave me the option to get a refund or they would ship me a different item. I opted to have them ship me a new item. Upon opening it I again noticed a cracked screen. When I called back again all they would do is refund money and wouldn't ship new item.

Other Thoughts: This item was sold thru newegg from a 3rd party company, Lucky Dog Electronics. Save your money and hassle. Wouldn't do business with Luky Dog again.

Pros: I wouldn't buy this Ipad if my life depended on it.

It is soon to go the way of the Ipad 1, dropped from apple support. No more update's and all you have left is a Ipad that will not run new software.

Cons: apple Inc.

Other Thoughts: I have a 64 gb Ipad 1.. now it is a 800 dollar paper weight

Buy an android, less money last longer.............
