Pros: The player was in the original box it looked brand new. Simple plugin and worked like a champ the first time I turned it on. The built in WIFI is great, paired up to my Samsung 65 LED Smart TV plays great...No users manual but Samsung has the PDF online for downloading. Great price fast shipping.

Pros: It's small and contains all the basics. It plays both PAL and NTSC, a perk I didn't know about before I ordered.

Cons: Horrible menu, counter intuitive controls, poor remote layout. Samsung needs to hire some user interface designers pronto. It also froze up a few times, buggy software no doubt.

Other Thoughts: Some con artists sell an "upgraded" version for $200 that supposedly sports physical enhancements allowing it to play PAL and NTSC, as well as all regions. It comes with that ability out of the box; the region free setting requires a key-combo on the remote.

Pros: Compact.
Many options, even if I won't use them due to other options available in TV/Cable box.
