MCU ITC (Intelligent Temperature Control)
With MCU ITC employed, the MCU tests the current temperature of the notebook precisely, then instantly adjusts the signal source and transmits it to the signal receivable air blower. By intelligently control the RPM according to the temperature of the notebook, the heat is reduced.

Cons: doesn't mount to your laptop but is designed to sit beside your air outlet. You are not "mobile" with this device in case you thought you might be. Also, at maximum RPMs it is loud. Powerful (gave it a point for this) but loud (docked it a point for this). Other Thoughts: I have a Lenovo Y580 that I've done some "modifications" to and recently my latest change has generated a lot more heat - so much so that I was starting to get random lockups. I knew it was heat related so I started looking for something that would help me cool my laptop down. Since it's mainly become a workstation and not so much a laptop I wasn't concerned about mobility and after looking at all the laptop coolers available on Newegg I came across this device and decided it was worth a chance. Glad I did. Full load temperatures of my IvyBridge mobile CPU never goes over 60 degrees which is pretty remarkable considering my main cooling is now coming from outside of my laptop case. Only downside about this product is the silicone or rubber they use for the lips. It's not as sturdy and would of preferred suction. Cons: Preferred suction on the lips And stickier platform on bottom to keep it from sliding on the table Other Thoughts: Just amazing for what it does even the auto control is amazing Did you find this review helpful? The 9Volt power supply provides better air flow efficiency to noise. The rpm display helps tune in an accurate air speed for efficient cooling. However a CFM reading would be better. The fan can actually gain higher rpm than claimed. This fan helps keep my laptop under 60 degrees Celsius under full load of gaming. This is a very functional product. Cons: The aluminum does nothing to actually cool the laptop. It is more for visuals. When I purchased this product, there was a typo claiming the fan is 12Volts. This has since been fixed. Other Thoughts: The fan looks good even with minor scratches. The variety of rubber ends is ok. Overall the best laptop cooler I have so far. Did you find this review helpful?
