LOGISYS Computer CLK12RD 12" Cold Cathode Kit Light

Pros: looks nice, one box can power 2 tubes, includes on/off switch

Cons: ordered 2 and 1 arrived broken

Other Thoughts: got this from neweggs e bay store and one of the 2 was shattered in the box. they refunded and I will order again, the one working one is very nice

Pros: 1. They are bright
2. They look cool
3. Easy to install

Cons: 1. Color is more like orange than red but when you have red led fans working on case they will look like red
2. The velcro is like not that really good
3. Cord is short which make you cable management hard when you have a large chassis

Other Thoughts: I think they should provide an optional extension cord other than that they work like they should be

Pros: Very cheap price. I bought two of these incase one was DOA, but they both work perfect. Very bright and easy to hook up. My computer looks awesome with them installed. Although I’ve seen cheaper lights on NewEgg, this one had very little reliability concerns and it’s really bright. I also noticed that other lights had a conflicting LED light on the power button, but this one doesn’t. I ordered red and it’s exactly what I got.

Cons: Minor con: the tape strips that comes with it doesn't hold up very well. The lights keep falling down from the top of my tower, so I just used a different type of tape all together. Problem solved. Would recommend scotch tape or those picture framing strips from Wal-Mart.

Other Thoughts: You can hook up two lights to one of the power sources that comes with each light, saves room inside the tower.

Pros: It is a very pretty red, the velcro works (if you don't move it alot) , and covers the whole case uniformly with light (A fractal R4 windowed - white) . These are the perfect size and do their job excellently.

Cons: The power box is a very ugly blue, and the cables are messy. You have to find a place to hide them in your case. mine fit where you could wedge it out of sight with no velcro strips or anything, and the on/off switch is wired to an expansion slot, which is odd. Although my case has a vertical slot I saw no use for, so now it's my light switch!

Other Thoughts: This really is a great buy. The cons are so small as to not worry about them. I cannot recommend this more highly. Just thrilled for six bucks.

Pros: easy to install

Cons: I heard the complaints of others about the velcro so I just used a hot glue gun and attached them to a windowed side panel. Worked like a charm and my computer has a nice red glow about it

Other Thoughts: they are kind of dumb but I like them. The are either on or off. If you want them to blink and stuff you have to buy another thing sold separately

Pros: a 12" ccfl for 5.99

Cons: literally came out of the packaging in pieces. the cathode tube was not secured by anything inside the glass hold er so it fell out and broke immediately. only 5 bucks so not worth the rma. my 12" led strip is much mor pleasing and well built.

Other Thoughts: how hard is it to put some gd hot glue in the end of the holder tube to keep the cathode in? less than 1/10th of a cent? like all logisys stuff, saying it was cheaply built is like saying america is in a little bit of debt. even the blue (really, blue) boxes look like they came out of a vending machine at a grocery store.

Pros: Pretty cool little light very easy to install. Looks great with my 4 red led fans!

Cons: Not that bright

Other Thoughts: Going to buy another one of these for sure!

Pros: for one, great packaging. the shipping box came with a ton of construction paper, so the kit stayed safe and stable.
It is bright, could brighter. It is a RED color. Matches the red led's on my case and temp display.

Cons: Could be brighter. I hate the ugly baby blue inverter. Out of all the colors, why baby blue? I have to buy another one for the top part of my case, but that's not really a con.

Other Thoughts: It's cheap and it works. I'm satisfied.

Pros: Bright red. Matches case and keyboard. Switch is nice.

Cons: Velcro mounts are seemingly flimsy. Don't like to stick too much. Some superglue fixed that. Somehow I received one of mine broken out of the box.

Pros: Nice shade of red. Can put almost anywhere.

Cons: Like many other reviews, the actual velcro is fine; however, the adhesive is questionable. As it gets warmer, the adhesive starts to melt.

Other Thoughts: When I first plugged it in, it was bright orange. I was so disappointed but figured that I could deal with the color. The longer I left it turned on, the color began to warm up and became red. I'm glad I purchased it.
