Cons: Way overvalued at $60...

You can get this package from Steam, or other various digital download sites for $20 on any day, or $10 during sale promo's.

Just figure it's worth at $10, it shouldn't really factor into your purchase that much.

Pros: This will unlock things in the game.
You get 800 Gold.
Tribes Ascend is Radbutter.

Cons: You do not get $60 worth of stuff.
It unlocks base classes, and some items.
You do not get $60 worth of gold, and you may be replicating unlocks if you already play the game.

Other Thoughts: I don't know exactly how much it unlocks, as I had a fair amount of unlocks already. With the code I got 800 gold and a handful of items, about 8.
If you are considering an intel board to get this, it's value seems much closer to $30 than $60. Just so you know.. That being said, the game is fully awesome.
