Cons: See 'Pros'. Newegg gave me the manufacturer's customer service phone number which, guess what?...does not work. Other Thoughts: I understand that mistakes do happen. I have had such good experiences with Newegg for computer parts that I will probably continue to use them as a best source for computer hardware. But, there seems to be no way to get resolution with this outsourced part. If Newegg is going to collect money for products, I would like to see them take more responsibility in assuring that customers receive the correct products. 3 out of 3 people found this review helpful.
