3 out of 5 eggsReal power savings

Pros: 10Watts as advertised. Check the power with my Kill-O-Watt meter.

Cons: Not as bright as I had wished. My 100Watt incandescent on a dimmer set to 55Watts is brighter.

Other Thoughts: I would like to be able to purchase more when on sale. I bought 3 on sale, but need 6 for my overhead light fixture. I need another 3 for bath vanity.

4 out of 5 eggsGood 60W equivalent

Pros: Nice, smooth response to a dimmer and no tendency to flicker. These are the first LED bulbs I've found for which I didn't have to upgrade the dimmer. They're rated for operation from 85 to 265V, so if you happen to need 220V bulb these should work directly. (I have a drill press that takes a 220V bulb -- haven't tried one there.)

Cons: By no means are these equivalent to a standard 75W incandescent bulb. More like 60W, or perhaps a bit more. Might be about the same as a "long-life" 75W bulb, but the color difference from those makes it hard to judge.

5 out of 5 eggsA Great LED Bulb at a Great Price

Pros: Bright, good color and at 19.99 a great deal.

Cons: NONE,NONE,and NONE.

Other Thoughts: I bought only one to evaluate and now I wish I had purchased more. With the addition of these bulbs my home soon will be 100% LED illuminated.

5 out of 5 eggsSTILL GOOD 60 WATT EQUIV.

Pros: It is physically much shorter that the APIDA USA bulbs I bought recently which are better fitting in my kitchen chandelier fixture. Only 10 watts power usage which is a great plus and don't cook you with heat like regular 60 bulbs do. Also got to check out DIMMABILITY, and I can say NOT BAD.......

Cons: The price of course, and there is almost a 1 second delay at power up. Much over rated in equivalency.....it is actually a 60 watt equivalent not a 75 watt, but I knew this going in as I'm replacing 60 watt kitchen bulbs.

Other Thoughts: You have to get an L.E.D. type dimmer and you may have to tweek the trimmer setting on the dimmer but it works great!

5 out of 5 eggsI'm buying more

Pros: I bought 2 as an experiment and the work better than I expected. The angles are fine (they don't create a spot problem for me in overhead cans). The best part is their ability to dim. They dim at an even rate as opposed to going from full brightness to nothing which was one of my concerns. Best of all they don't change color as they dim; an incandescent turns almost orange when it is turned way down where as these give you a consistent color just at a lower level. Awesome.

Cons: There is a 1sec delay before it kicks in. Not a big deal but takes some getting used to. Also the color temp is slightly whiter (cooler) than an incandescent and this is slightly noticeable when in the same room as incandescent bulbs, but no more so than mixing incandescent with CF bulbs.

Other Thoughts: I would say these are perfect 65W replacements, not a full 75W.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Bright!

Pros: Brighter than most, this bulb is actually much brighter than the 60 watt bulb it replaced. I put three of these in my kitchen ceiling fan for 30 watts total power usage and now my kitchen is brighter than when I had 180 total watts.

These bulbs are quite dimmable and have a wide range to dim before shutting off. PERFECT!

Cons: Price. Can't wait for the price to come down more, even though most of the lighting in my home is now LED.

Other Thoughts: Get LED's, then you won't have to worry about the EPA coming to your home to see how you are disposing of those mecury filled flourescents.

4 out of 5 eggsGood light

Pros: LED, extremely low power, dimmable, good quality light, very bright

Cons: DIRECTIONAL. It's almost more of a spotlight. It's fine for lamps as the bulb will point up and a shade will disperse the light, but when I put these in my kitchen ceiling fan I felt like I then had three spotlights pointing into the corners of the room.

Other Thoughts: I got these because a 60 watt equivalent really just isn't bright enough and 75 equivalent is about the brightest you can get, but I find to my eyes these appear to be more like a 100 watt bulb. It could be because the light is a purer white than your typical incandescent. Using them in a 3-bulb fixture controlled by a motion sensor switch causes one of the bulbs to glow just slightly - almost like a night light - until the motion is tripped because the motion sensing switch leaks just enough power through to light it up. In the same fixture a CFL flickers horribly.

I'm currently having trouble with Newegg’s promo code as I would like to buy 4 more but their web page won't let me..
