The "Heat" button on the remote is used to activate the heat function in the lumbar area. When you turn on the heat, it starts at the lowest heat temperature. Temperature intensity can be adjusted by pressing the button on the remote with the three 'squiggly' arrows. This button can be pressed 6 times to reach the maximum heat level. To lower the heat, press the button on the remote with the single 'squiggly' arrow.

To initiate the massage system, select "Pulse" or "Wave". You can adjust the speed and intensity of the massage by pressing the "Spd +/-" and "Intensity +/-"

"Back" and "seat" buttons can turn On and Off the vibration massage either in the seat or in the back.

Please note that this is not a deep tissue massage.

The vibration massage and heat system is fixed with a timer which will automatically switch off the system after 15 minutes of use.
