4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: The bulbs are not what I expected. When selecting a bulb become familiar with a light you would like to for a particular location. Daylight would be my preferred selection with future purchases. Very satisfied with the overall performance.

Cons: Temp is a factor when using them outside, they will not light at -10F but blink on and off. Would still consider using them outside if another style if better suited.

3 out of 5 eggsIncredibly yellow light

Pros: Very low electricity use.

Smoother color spectrum than compact fluorescent bulbs for a pretty low price.

Cons: I don't know if I got a weird batch, and I don't have a colorimeter to give me precise numbers, but these 3065K light bulbs are much, much more yellow than a 3000K Rosewill bulb. Like, extremely yellow.

Other Thoughts: It has been a long time since I had 40W incandescent bulbs. Maybe they're supposed to be this yellow.

Warnings on the side: Use only with 120V 60Hz circuits. Risk of electric shock, not for wet locations. Do not open or attempt to service. Turn off power before installation. Not for use in totally enclosed fixtures. Do not touch while in use or immediately afterwards, because it can be hot. Not intended for use in emergency exit fixtures or emergency exit lighting. Do not look directly into the light.

3 out of 5 eggsFine at first, but then...

Pros: Cost effective.

Cons: After owning the bulbs for 6 months, they now have a noticeable delay when the power is turned on. In our master bath, I have one fixture with 3 of these bulbs, and another fixture with 3 bulbs from an LED competitor. They are both controlled by the same switch. The other bulbs come on instantly (and were installed months before these bulbs), while the "Collection" bulbs come on after a delay of a few seconds. Spend a couple extra dollars and get a better bulb.

3 out of 5 eggsWarm consistant light

Pros: Warm light similar to tungsten bulbs

Cons: Start-up time is faster than most CCFLs, but not as fast as many LED bulbs, and is very inconstant from bulb to bulb, so multiple bulbs in a fixture will appear to start up one at a time.

Other Thoughts: They're not dimmable, but they aren't advertised as such.
