Pros: currently have large e-ware deep fryer that holds 1-gallion of oil .This one is very small got it as a quick back up deep fryer for temp use if large one breaks.Fryer does great even frying and food taste good.

Cons: Frame structure on small and large e-ware deep fryer is very light weight but the quality of deep fried food it produces out weights the structure.Just put on a heat resistance surface and that will take care of the problem.

Pros: * low price
* good serving size
* air vent nice touch

Cons: * plastic is cheap. After first use, the handle plastic almost broke from the heat and tension inside the metal part going into the handle. Handle not very well constructed, but still works.
* plug uses a weak magnet to stay attached. make sure you have slack otherwise it will fall out quickly. But stays in place if you do not stretch cord.
* air vent is near handle to lift the lid, so sometimes you have to be careful to not get burdened from steam when lifting lid.

Other Thoughts: Overall it works well and as expected.

Pros: Can be taken apart for cleaning which was one of the attractions to me.

Cons: Cannot control temperature. Set at 375ᴼ it was over 400ᴼ and starting to smoke before I figured out it was too hot. Turning the thermostat down to 350ᴼ resulted in the temperature dropping to 250ᴼ.

Other Thoughts: Low price and easy cleaning sucked me in. Sometimes you get what you pay for, sometimes you get less. In this I paid for less and got less than less.
