Pros: I decided to remodel my small bathroom. It has become a nightmare. But the faucets I bought from NewEgg were perfect. I wanted Brushed Nickel finish, which seemed to be hard to find, but NewEgg had exactly what I wanted and needed. It has a rain forest shower head, low flow, and it goes with the rest of my bathroom accessories. Easy to clean, very attractive, saves money with less water use.

Cons: I thought it was just a little on the expensive side but when I started to look for shower/tub faucets and shower heads, this was comparable.

Other Thoughts: Shipping was good, I received it within five days of order. Package was not bent, ripped, or torn.
