4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Case

Pros: Lots of Space.
Lots of Bays
Lots of Fans
Lots of Room
- I have a Gelid Tranquilo installed with room to spare between it and the wall of the case
Lights are pretty
Top Mounded Controls

Cons: Gets kinda Dusty
ATX power goes on top, power supply is on bottom
It's kinda big

Other Thoughts: I felt kinda dumb when I installed the motherboard, because I dropped a screw down into the fan shroud on top of the machine, just took a few minutes to fish out.

4 out of 5 eggs1 year, 5 months later

Pros: I love the case it is great, everything from my original review applies.

The following are the correspondences between X-Clio and me:
"To whom it may concern,
I bought a Xclio 2000, in July of 2009, when it arrived the top fans and fan mounts were broken beyond use or repair. I'm hoping you can send me another one (fans and fan mounts) or let me know where I can buy a replacement (fans and fan mounts)."

X-Clio Reply: "Hi there,
Will arrange items for you after receive your details, we will send you free of charge replacement parts within 1 year warranty period.
If your case is no longer under warranty, you need to purchase the replacement through PAYPAL."

Cons: Dust magnet!!! Good grief it can get a thick layer built up on the front fans. Now the real problems, when my case came in the mail the top fans and brackets were broken, I waited to long to get a new X-Clio 2000, but I had no intention of taking apart my rig to return it. All I wanted was a new part to repair the broken piece, now here comes the run around (The beginning is in Pros.)

My Reply :"I bought the case over a year ago, and I'm not worried about getting a replacement part for free. I need to find out how to buy the frame for the top case fans, in other words the fans are not broken just the clear plastic piece that they are attached to."

X-Clio Reply "I am sorry that the replacements part you request is a very fragile part which can not guarantee undamaged during transportation."

Other Thoughts: My Reply:"I just want to be able to repair my unit. If it would make it stronger for shipment, I'll purchase the fans with the frame mounts. Just please tell me how to go about buying a replacement part (X-Clio 2000 top case fan mount frame)."

X-Clio Reply:"Sorry we can not send out the replacement if we do not have 100% confidence that the replacement will deliver without damage, especially our valuable customer pay for it. Hope you can understand."

My Reply: "I'm sorry, but I don't understand. I have a broken X-Clio 2000 case, encase you forgot it came that way, and all I want is for it to be repaired and usable. I will never buy another X-Clio product again and will tell everyone I know not to buy them either, unless you find a way to sell me the replacement piece. I don't care if you have to wrap it in a mile of bubble wrap and ship it in a shock proof case, I will pay whatever the cost for the proper precautions so I will receive the piece undamaged. Please find a way."

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Its a very nice case. Seems to move alot of air my girlfriend and her mother were complaining they could feel cold air sitting near it. Great expansion slot screws

Cons: I would suggest buying a xclio power supply to go with it. Thermaltake and Corsair power supplies won't reach to the middle of the case (especially with 2 video cards) without some fabrication and finaggaling or purchasing some extensions. The blue LED on the 2nd front fan is already dead after a couple hours of use

Other Thoughts: Very tall case
Fairly heavy
The fan controls on the top seem pretty cheap not what you would expect for over 200 dollars

I'm upset about my blue LED... I am so upset I could kick my puppy.. She is cutest puppy in the world so I won't...

4 out of 5 eggsConsole880

Pros: Superb design. HDD cages + coolers are quite useful. Case is decently sturdy, a few plastic parts, but overall there is quality in the product.

Cons: Fans are pure baloney, especially the front pair. Very low output CFM, you are unable to even feel any air being outputted. Basically defeats the purpose of having so many fans built and designed into a case, would be the most ideal chassis for overall airflow if the stock fans were of higher quality/CFM throughput. I'm not even attempting to replace them, though, as they are controlled by a custom PCB and multiple DIACs.

3 out of 5 eggsarrived broken, twice

Pros: everything works, nice lights, good cooling, lots of room, newegg paid for return shipping of broken one, was unexpected.

Cons: 1st one had broken leg and big dent where leg was, shipped via ups ground from west coast to east, second has broken plastic here and there but usable, had to screw top fans back on etc, some cracks on side fans too. at least it's a keeper.
someone needs to do something about shipping damage with these, better packing, or at least mark it as fragile or something, but something!

Other Thoughts: if you're looking to fit this under a desk, better check measurements, its tall! i removed top drawer of my desk :)

5 out of 5 eggsWell worth the price

Pros: Huge Case: Room for everything you have ever dreamed of inside a computer and more
Surprisingly quiet for its size, when i bought this I was expecting it to keep me and my roommate up for a couple weeks until we got used to the sound but its super quiet. The fan on my GTX285 makes more noise when I turn it up when i'm playing Crysis or something.
Fan Controls (for the side and top) are nicely centered behind the "front" usb/firewire ports (which are actually on tom because of the fans)
I never knew how much I would use my top ESata port now that I have one...

Cons: Its Big... Really Big... Finding someplace to put it was an interesting exercise in furniture management but once you find a place that works its good.
Due to its size once you have everything installed it is a little difficult to move around and clean.
The front fan controls are on the inside of the fan door, a little inconvenient but not that big of a deal

Other Thoughts: I bought this case bundled with XClios' 1080W power supply and the cables were long enough to reach everywhere in the case and over anything in the way. The Hard Drive bays seem a little cheaply made and one of mine was slightly slanted to the left (Like the leaning tower of Pisa) but if you leave them in the case they are sturdy.
You are also going to need some really long SATA cables depending on where the ports are on your MoBo
I usually clean it about once a month for dust externally and internally.
I do not have a fan on the open slot on the back, the airflow is good enough that i can still feel a breeze when i place my hand behind it.
Overall its a good case.

4 out of 5 eggsLove the case, but frustrated

Pros: Great cooling, I love the design and the whole setup. Have all the extra ports and manual adjustments on top is very helpful. I have the EVGA 170-BL-E762-A1 LGA 1366 Intel X58 4-WAY SLI Classified XL ATX Intel Motherboard with the Geforre GTX 285 2GB Video card so i needed lots of room to work with and cooling power which this case supplies plenty of both. Overall it's a great case but there are a few cons to it...

Cons: When the box arrived at my house it looked like someone left it out in the rain and then threw it at a wall a bunch of times. The plastic on the 2 top fans was completely shattered which sucked. (Everything else was in great condition though) Not gonna make a big deal out of the fans being broke i ended up fixing the shattered plastic with old clear jewel case covers which looks perfect lol. Ummm also since the case is huge the power cable for the motherboard had problems reaching but I finally got it work without extensions but im probably gonna buy an extension anyways because the hole to bring up the power cables from the bottom of the case crosses right through the middle motherboard, that also interferes with the video card.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome Case

Pros: Very big, plenty of room for everything, cool lights. My case was all hooked up correctly when it came in with nothing broken. Very quiet compared to any case I ever had. Cool looking lights. I purchased this with a 1000 watt power supply and everything on the case worked.

Cons: Heavy(doesnt really bother me) as mentioned before the front of the case does like to come detached but it doesnt break just be careful when picking it up. One of my lights seems to flicker when I close the door on the front(Probably loose connection). It is kind of cheaply made on the inside just because the hard drive holders are plastic(Just be careful and they wont break). Other then that I dont understand why their are so many bad reviews.. I think the case is worth about 200ish so its overpriced but it works good for my purposes.

Other Thoughts: Havent tested support for xclio yet but id imagine it is bad. I went to their site and newegg is their only supplier.

1 out of 5 eggsDazed and Confused

Pros: The airflow could be close to perfect if it was equipped with rear fans.

Cons: This is so close to what I am looking for in airflow that I decided to purchase this case despite all the bad reviews. Went to order extra fans...None on newegg. Went to say newegg is the only supplier. No support to talk to. NO WARRANTY ON ANYTHING!

1 out of 5 eggsA 45 lb PAPERWEIGHT -- AWFUL

Pros: It has nice lights. Big deal.

Cons: It's pastic and shoddily built. For that reason alone, it's overpriced. You'll find that the front casing becomes detached from the rest of the body easily. You have to jam it back in.
The power switch was broken. I had to power up with a POST card, because Xclio cannot make cases with good circuitry. Unbelievable. I spent nearly 300 bucks for a case that doesn't even work. And Xclio's customer service is AWFUL. They won't even respond to my inquiries. They don't even have a telephone number, just email. Just a terrible case that I'm now stuck with and that will force me to get a new one. Disgusting quality.
Shame on Xclio.
