5 out of 5 eggsNot a silent case.

Pros: Great case over all. Not too cramped and good air flow.

Cons: This came with an internal power supply and has a fan which you can hear if you are near it.

Other Thoughts: I installed a quad core Pentium board with no fans and was going for a silent build, but didn't realize this had an internal power supply with a cooling fan since the heading says there are options (which you don't get to choose from).

I've bought the other version of this case that has the external power supply for other people's builds and thought this would be external too. I bought it since it has USB3 ports in the front.

The case itself is great, but can hear it while it's on my desk behind my 2nd monitor. No eggs knocked off for it though. Just hope the power supply works for a long time.

5 out of 5 eggsNice looking mini itx case

Pros: -USB 3.0
-Easy cable management
-Nice looking side panel grille
-Fits Intel I3, I5, I7 stock heatsink
-Fits more pheripherals for it's size
-Flexible front panel USB 3.0 cable
-Good airflow

Cons: Not a con, the power supply could be more powerful like 160w-200w some molex power conn., and 8pin ATX cpu power conn. intead of 4pin.

Other Thoughts: I can fit two 30mmx7mm chassys fan on the top of the case but need to drill some mounting screw holes.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Vesa Case, a few complaints

Pros: Internal power brick.
Notebook cd drive slot.
Good cable routing.
Nice mesh back aesthetic.
The mount is very intuitive, you just rotate lock the case to the latch.

Cons: Gets hot - the power supply by itself can reach 50-60c.
Only one 2.5" hard drive bay.

Other Thoughts: I'm comparing this case to the Antec VESA, which I have used in a similar build. You basically trade a silent super efficient external brick for a hot 90+ bronze light noise fanned internal PSU with 50% more juice. You also trade one 2.5" drive slot for a notebook optical slot.

Otherwise, I like the build quality of this one a bit more - the VESA uses plastic snaps that broke off in my experience for the lid, whereas this lid held together through the build process.

I got this case in the first place to build a client a 7600 based office computer - I knew that the TDP of the 7600 was around 110, so the VESA would have been way over its peak wattage. I was pleased with the results, my only complaint / desire is how inefficiently the under housing is in terms of drives and cables - you could have probably fit a second 2.5" slot in there without compromising anything, and I would have liked screw holes to use the optical bay as another 2.5" mount if I wanted. This case with 2 drive mounts would be much nicer.

5 out of 5 eggsWell Designed

Pros: This case is extremely well designed. It's laid out so that all the components stay cool. I was very impressed that the drive brackets (underneath in the two compartment/shelf design) are both removable for easy installation AND that the optical bracket is reversible so you can flip the tray orientation to suit your needs (and it does require a slim ODD, btw). Everything is compact and tight, but that's pretty much how you want things with a space-conscious case. Overall outstanding design and ease of installation.

Cons: Some note with this series of cases that the cables supplied are too long. I found with the MSI H81I Mini ITX motherboard that all the In Win supplied cables were just about the perfect length. The front audio header cable is long and the SATA cables are also a bit long, but both can easily be stowed in empty space along their path.

Other Thoughts: This case includes the built-in 120 W PSU and has USB 3.0 ports on the front panel (both of them). Also, there is a media card slot (with removable punch out) but a reader is not included. I bought a cheap one, disassembled it, and glued the board in and ran it into a USB2 header to jack cable and it works great.
