5 out of 5 eggsI'm happy with mine

Pros: Well built case. I'm no pro, so I can't compare this with others, but I don't see anything weak, or poorly put-together. My PSU is very quiet. I like the looks of the case.

Cons: I had to cut the binding tie strap on the cable bundle to make the 4-pin connector long enough. I also had to leave out the air baffle, because there was no available position of the hole over my CPU fan. I have another case fan installed, and all is well.

Other Thoughts: Would certainly another one.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Case but...

Pros: Easy build case. made well, PS works as needed.

Cons: 24 pin power supply cable was to short for the motherboard I used on this build. why you dont make a cable that goes all the way across the case beats me.

Other Thoughts: recommend but don't get a top pin mounted motherboard or power supply cable will not make it.

Manufacturer Response:

We apologize for any inconvenience that you have experience. For your recommendation, we will feedback to our design and manufacturing team. Thank you very much.

Best Regards,
In Win customer Service Team

4 out of 5 eggsnot bad, not great

Pros: compact, quiet, hd bay lifts out

Cons: maybe cabling isn't the best
power cable was just long enough ( the 4 prong additional one ) I would have liked a few more mm

Other Thoughts: I'm having some trouble with airflow. Another reviewer mentioned it - but all my cables go in front of the other fan spot, and I'm not sure if I can get them out of the way very easily. ( all the mobo/front panel cables have to come that way )

my PSU is quiet, unlike some other comments.

i can't fit the plastic airflow thing inside, the sata cables get in the way. ( i only have a DVD and HDD, but still )

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for Media PC

Pros: Good size, pretty compact, power supply cables long enough to reach all my peripherals.

Cons: Doesn't include the smaller side fan, MB power cable could be an inch or two longer. Blue power LED is extremely bright for my taste.

Other Thoughts: Would recommend this case to anyone looking for a low profile media or business PC

3 out of 5 eggsDecent case but be careful.

Pros: Slim design, works great for an HTPC.

Cons: I had a major issue wih my processor overheating on me with case. The problem is that this case comes with a foam filter right above the CPU that restricts airflow big time. Once I took it off, everything worked perfect. It does not come with a case fan so buy yourself an 80mm one if you want one. Also, be sure to put all wiring under the HDD cage or you will not have any airflow whatsoever. It was a bit of a pain to get everthing situated inside the case but once it was done, its a pretty nice case. Also, the plastic airflow bracket that came with it is useless. Throw it away along with that filter and the case works perfect.

Manufacturer Response:

Dear Eddie,

The plastic airflow bracket (also called the partition plate) is for the air flow. This piece is there so that people do not have to spend extra money on buying a fan. However, we will look into depth of the suitability of this partition plate and make it so that it will be useful to everyone who sees it. Thank you for your commentary and support on In-Win cases.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent HTPC Case

Pros: When I first opened this case, I was a little confused at first. The location of the PSU blocked the installation of 3.5 inch drives, and I was unable to remove the PSU. Using the online manual, I figured out that I could remove the front panel, then remove the front drive bay section by moving the two yellow latches. Now I had full access to the inside of the case. Installing everything was easy. However, I had to plan ahead and make sure the Sata cables were connected to the motherboard before reattaching the front drive bay section.

Now that it is assembled, I am really impressed. It is small and it looks good. It is perfect for an HTPC, a budget gaming machine, or anything that doesn't require full sized PCI cards. At this price, I found no other case that matched this for looks and features.

The included PSU works fine with an AMD A4-3400 APU, an Asus F1A55-M/CSM motherboard, 8 gigs of RAM, a 1.5 TB hard drive and a DVD-RW drive, even when gaming.

Cons: The front panel has kind of "cheap" look to it, although it's not bad when compared to other cases at this price.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely buy this case again for future HTPC/SFF builds.

4 out of 5 eggspretty darn good case

Pros: the case's size is perfect for microatx boards. love how much smaller it is than my previous microatx case. sturdy case once all is inside. minimalistic appearance which is awesome for me. didn't want all kinds of led lighting and un-needed extra drive bays. i have the new intel i5 board with all the video and audio i need. and that is good, BECAUSE, any addtional added cards would probably not fare too well, because with just the mobo, ram and processor, i was just about out of room.

as i mentioned, i have the new i5 processor and 16gigs of ram on my mobo. the provided psu is pretty much running at 80% all the time with regular usage of combined, photoshop, web browsing and video editing. therefore, it wouldn't be a bad idea to swap it out with a 350 watt and you'll be just fine. my mobo came with intel desktop utilities and it monitors psu heat and power consumption. that's how i know about it's usage.

Cons: psu runs a little loud. psu supplied is pretty much maxed out for what i'm running.

as for heat... it does have a few vents, but my bare bones rig still runs a little on the warmer side. make sure you're running a few good fans with this case

Other Thoughts: very happy with this case. it's helped me minimalize what i had before and it looks great. just be wary of the psu. mine still works fine, but it's a little loud and pretty maxed out.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Goes together nicely and does what it says it will do

Cons: Dimensions shown are way off. the depth is 15.7", the detail data says 13' this caused it not to fit where I was orignally going to put it and was the reason for buying this particular

4 out of 5 eggsDecent case

Pros: Building a silent HTPC, fanless and I was worried about the power supply noise but it is above my expectations. Slightly bigger than I expected but nothing to complain about. Nice for the price, especialy with the integrated 300w psu

Cons: Very "plain" look, no so much lighting and polished finish on the front pannel. If you are looking for something that looks a little bit futuristic, get something else

4 out of 5 eggsQuiet & Small

Pros: Quiet & Relatively Small

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I use this case at work with an first generation 3.2Ghz Core i5 processor. Great space saver design. I have this placed behind my monitors. No problems with the case or PSU while being used 8+ hours a day 5 days a week.
