5 out of 5 eggsGreat case

Pros: -Size
-Included PSU
-USB 3.0 (it was hard to find nice, cheap mini-ITX case with USB 3.0 on a front panel)
-Not bad quality for this price

Cons: -Bright LED's, but my motherboard has a night time mode and disables all LED while PC is still running, nice feature.
-no place for 2.5" HDD/SSD.
-5.25" drive bay is not necessary, it takes a lot of space in such small case. I think it should be replaced with slim drive bay.

Other Thoughts: I'm very pleased with this case, It is quiet when you lower fan speeds.
I have another similar design INWIN case for 3 years.

Manufacturer Response:

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: Small, Can handle high-end processors and some overclocking, Full-size HDD and CD/DVD/BD drives

Cons: BRIGHT power LED, case fan is not PWM

Other Thoughts: This case is great for a medium-high end build. It is too small to put in top-end graphics cards, but the current generation Intel graphics are good enough for most people.

The case is small, but the vent directly above the CPU and a good fan keeps the temperature <40C when under a medium load. The case fan is adequate, but you may want to consider replacing the fan with something that can be controlled. The fan is in the corner next to the drives, so the only airflow that it can create is over the drives. The key to keeping this cool is to put a good fan over the CPU. I chose the DEEPCOOL GABRIEL because of its low profile. The fan covers most of the motherboard, including the memory. With this fan, you need to make sure to get low-profile memory to avoid interference.

The case is pretty small, but big enough to have fairly high-end components. If you want to maximize overclocking for a gaming rig, you want a different case. For someone who wants very good performance and use the on-board graphics, this is a great case.

WARNING: As stated by several other reviewers, the LED is BRIGHT. I cannot understate how bright it really is. I could not leave the computer on because it was like a flashlight shining against the wall. Disconnecting the LED wasn't my first choice because I like the visual indication of power, so I took some blue painters tape and covered the LED. It turns out that I put 3-4 layers of tape on the LED to get it to the brightness (dimness) I liked. It was easy to do, so I didn't take any eggs for that. (If you want it off, electricians tape works to black it out.)

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little case ... beware of the flashlight

Pros: Fits a nice I7 processor and more
2 usb 3 ports
Fits a full sized Blu-Ray drive

Cons: Bright LED flashlight on power button
Doesn't bake bread

Manufacturer Response:

4 out of 5 eggsNot for gammers.

Pros: Very nice non-gaming case. Great choice for an MITX office tower or desktop.

Cons: These cases will only hold a thin, non-gaming video card. It's low-profile, which is fine, but good video cards have thick cooling fins & fans, that wont fit in this case.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello Lance,

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Little Case

Pros: Really Compact, very quiet (if you have fan control on the motherboard). Seems solid. Makes a good everyday computer case, I have built two of them now in the last week using ASUS Z97I-PLUS motherboards. The kicker here is that the mother board has both a mini PCI-e and a M.2 (on the underside of the board) so I am able to have a mechanical HD and a Solid state drive with one more solid state drive bay open. However, I used the second 3.5 inch bay for cable management. To top it off there is a fill size blue ray drive in it as well!

Cons: The major con here is that in one of the builds I installed a GT 730 half height card inside and there is absolutely no clearance from the side of the case and the GPU fan. I had to cut vents in. It would be nice to see the case made 1/2 inch taller to allow some ventilation for a GPU. The other is that the front panel audio connector is a bit short for the motherboard, to short to route it around the CPU instead it got over top of the CPU. Other motherboards could be fine. As hinted in the PROS there is was not a thought for cable management and there is old school floppy and molex connectors on the power supply, I just cut them off to save space.

Other Thoughts: Both of the people that I built them for are really happy with the size of the computers, dead is the full or even micro ATX case for web browsing computers. Most people buy a computer with extra room for upgrading and then never use it, why then have a bigger case. I will probably build one for myself for my living room.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid Case - Good for HTPC

Pros: - Small
- Quiet (IMO - I didn't measure decibels but it surely doesn't disturb me in the least)
- Cool
- Sturdy (my 1.5yr old son put this to the test by pulling it off of our media center onto slate floor - Having an SSD I"m sure helped with the lack of issues experienced - Placed the machine back in the upright position, reconnected our HDMI cable - continued without interruption)

Cons: Only 1 (gripe only, not significant)

- Bright blue LED power indicator (most likely could be altered off) that projects itself well accross the room if leaving the machine on and lights/TV off

Other Thoughts: I would buy this chassis again in a heartbeat. It more than meets our needs as a home theater PC and for general use.

- Intel Core i5-3570k CPU @ 3.40GHz
- Motherboard: Intel DH77DF
- Video: Intel HD Graphics 400 (on-board)
- RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
- HDD: Intel 330 Series - 120GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
- Stock Power Supply

4 out of 5 eggsNice Case

Pros: Nice looking, compact and comes with a power supply. It has one short expansion slot in the back

Cons: Hole locations for the Hard disk and DVD do not line up well and I had to get the drill out to make it fit. Small case fan is a little noisy at 2000 rpm.

Other Thoughts: Put a Radeon 1/2 height video card and a inexpensive Pentium in it for lite computer work

5 out of 5 eggsHTPC - Game Server Dream

Pros: The size of a DVD Player
Great layout
Sturdy once put together
300W PSU and this for 69.99 IS YOU CRAZY?

Cons: Cable routing is non-existent. This is not too bad, learn to use zip ties and a Dremel.
Use the Dremel to make some side vent holes for an extra videocard. In my case I cut it out and added a fan shield.
My issue was due to placement. I had to make a USB fan and place it front facing on the right, next to the ehaust port in my entertainment center due to a lip that trapped heat. Runs a cool 33c this way.

Other Thoughts: Had this for nearly a year now... on and running. It hasn't crashed or needed restarting other than updates or things I have installed requiring it. I have it running Plex Media Server and Center. Also a Terraria Server and a Starbound server for my 5-6 friends that play.

AMD A6-3500 Llano 2.1GHz Triple Core APU
AMD Discreet graphics Card (Whatever It was)
16GB DDR3 Corsair Ram I had laying around.
32GB SSD and eSATA 2TB HD / USB 2.0 1TB HD
LG Blue-Ray Burner
Windows Media Center Remote Kit
Windows 7 Home Premium 64BIT
Teamviewer for pals to restart the servers.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Little HTPC Case

Pros: I bought both this and the ASUS C60M1-I for my HTPC this spring and both have been great. The temps stay low and the whole setup runs quiet. Out of personal preference I replaced the philips screws with thumb screws, but the side panel slides on and off with ease. The side panel fan runs as the intake, and the fan in the 300W PSU runs as the exhaust. I know others have complained about cable management, but it hasn't really been an issue for myself. Once the optical drive is in the case I just tucked any excess cable underneath that (not everyone will have this option due to differences in location of the power connector). Overall this is an awesome case for a Mini-ITX HTPC build.

Cons: None
