4 out of 5 eggsThe best case ever

Pros: Lost of room, excellent airflow and cooling. Nice system for removing/installing hard drives. The latch system for the sides is also nice.

Cons: The 'noise-reducing' foam doesn't do much since the case has tons of holes for airflow. It didn't come with screws for the 2 80mm fan holes and the holes in the case are smaller than standard. Easily remedied with some 'rubber' screws.

Other Thoughts: Make sure that you get some extra long IDE/SATA cables for the hard drives. Even the cables that were too long for my old server case weren't long enough for this one. This case works better with flat IDE cables instead of round ones.

5 out of 5 eggsLIAN LI V SERIES PC-V2100A, Excellent Case

Pros: thing of beauty, VERY functional and compartmentalized. very quiet, if you have need to house a dozen drives and about a dozen external 5.25" devices then this is for you.

Cons: a little pricey. it is HUGE! more for professional users then common folk.

5 out of 5 eggsincredible!

Pros: This case is very rugged, well designed and very user friendly. Every detail is thought through including the included cable management clips to stick on the inside of the case. For a fullsize tower, this is the best there is.

Cons: This case is BIIIG (which is what i was looking for). Bust out that tape measure and make sure you have room for this case.

Other Thoughts: With the right motherboard, you may never need another case again. How much more do you need? I am building a very large file server with this case, and with lots of PCI SATA cards, this is upgrade heaven!

4 out of 5 eggsI'd buy it again..

Comments: But, I wasn't as impressed as i thought i'd be with this case for as much money as i spent on it, kingwins aluminum cases are just as nice, lian li needs to keep a closer eye on quality control, but the things i love are: the drive bezel thingy, pretty schweet, its HUGE, lots of drive space, the way the side panels are secured, 120mm fans are quiet, the look of the thing, its beautiful! but, there are a few little annoyances, like the fact the motherboard is at the top of the case, where heat goes.. there are cutouts for two 80mm fans but no fans included besides the 120mm's, what, no $2 fans thrown in? comeon guys! drive rails should be dampened with rubber for better silence, needs more cable routes between upper and lower decks, longer front panel port cables, I hate all the cooling holes punched out everywere with no filters on them! whats the point in a fan filter when dust can get sucked in everywhere else!? and... WHAT THE HECK ARE THE BLACK PLASTIC KEY THINGY'S blocking the side opening for FOR!? and the fact that they serated the edges of the case panel, smooth on all the edges inside, but sharpen the ones on the outside? wth? you drop one of those on your bare foot and it'd slice it right off! all in all i'd say i'd buy it again.

5 out of 5 eggsBig

Comments: This case is Huge! I got it to make a file server. I can easily put in 12 hard drives in the internal hard drive area and add up to 5-6 more in the external drive slots if needed. Very quiet. Well build and sturdy. Easy to disassemble. The inside of the sides are covered in a thin padding that seems to absorb noise. Definitely a great case if you have a whole bunch of hard drives to add.

4 out of 5 eggsSpacious and well designed

Comments: This is my second Lian-Li case and as usual I'm totally impressed. Huge amounts of space. My only gripe with this case is that the cables for the front usb/firewire/audio ports are not nearly long enough to reach the ports on my motherboard (A8N-SLI Premium) so I can't hook them up. I think this is because the board is rotated 180 degrees like most of the high end Lian-Li cases. I haven't tried any other boards so I don't know if this is a common issue with this case.

Short of that I give this case a thumbs up.

5 out of 5 eggsAWSOME!!!

Comments: This my first Lian Li case and I am very impressed by the design and quality. No sharp edges. TONS of space. Excellent cooling. The door is a solid piece of milled aluminum. I give this one an A++.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Server Case

Comments: I Purchased this to house the dual 64bit 3.2GhZ Xeon server I built. It has 12 300 Gig hd and 4 gigs of ram and it is one of the coolest quietests systems thanks to this case. A good buy. Thanks Newegg.

5 out of 5 eggsgreat case

Comments: i recently purchased this case directly from lianli. let me start off by saying that this is the best case i've ever seen and used. nothing comes close to the ease of installing components into this case. watercooling? not a problem. the case has a huge area for a compressor and plenty of room to run the pipes. my overclocked cpu now runs at 10 degrees lower than it used to because of this case. i have 6 hard drives in this thing, 4800rpm gpu/cpu fans, along with active memory cooling. the result? quiet as a laptop and cool like i've never before seen. definitely worth the week's pay that i spent on it. buy this case!!
