What goes into your case is more important than the case itself, and Lian-Li hasn't forgotten that. That's why the PC-60A PLUS II is designed to protect its cargo from excess heat with a veritable maelstrom of air. It isn't just that this case has an 80mm fan in the rear, or the 120mm fan up front and one on the side panel. It is the skill and precision with which they are placed, to make the cooling power of the three fans greater than the sum of its parts.

With all of that, you can feel secure filling its four external 5.25" and two external 3.5" drive bays, and its ample five internal hard drive bays without fear of blocking air flow to your maxed out ATX motherboard, all seven of its PCI expansion slots full. Everything you need to build a great gaming system today, and support your expansions for some time to come!

  • newegg All-aluminum Case The all-aluminum LIAN LI PC-60A plus II reaches the balance between chassis stiffness and heat dissipation.
  • newegg Great Expandability with 11 Drive Bays Featuring four external 5.25" drive bays, and seven 3.5” drive bays (two external and five internal), the LIAN LI PC-60A plus II provides great expandability.
  • newegg Exceptional Cooling Performance The LIAN LI PC-60A plus II features one 120mm front intake fan, dual 80mm fans – one in the top and one at the rear to exhaust heat away from the chassis, as well as a side air duct and an adjustable 120mm side fan for excellent CPU and video card cooling.
  • newegg Convenient Front I/O Panel The convenient front I/O panel enables easy access to two USB 2.0 ports, one IEEE 1394 port and two audio ports.

5 out of 5 eggsLian-li is King!

Pros: -Strong yet very light
-100% aluminum
-Simple yet elegant
-Front 120mm fan (quiet in my opinion)
-Adjustable 120mm side fan (excellent video card cooling)
-Very well thought out, simple efficient design
-removable mobo tray
-thumbscrews for everything, nearly toolless
-A joy to work with
-Brought my cpu temps down by 1-2 degrees

Cons: -Price , $100 & it's a steal (hint, hint...newegg)

Other Thoughts: I got this case for $107 shipped from another site and if you think $100+ is too much to spend on a case then you don't open your case very often. If you did then you'd know how frustrating it is when you break something or your case doen't cool as well as it should. There may be a million reasons not to buy th PC-60PlusII Lian-Li but if you do you will not regret it.

5 out of 5 eggsMy Dream Case

Pros: Dreamt of buying a Lian Li case for my computer since high school and I've had absolutely no issues with the case once so ever. The case keeps everything cool (no overclocking), the stock fans I received are practically silent, I hear my GPU fan over all of them. The removable motherboard tray is an aluminum blessing. I love the fact that the case is so modular, practically everything is removable.

Cons: Absolutely no cons

Other Thoughts: If you are hesitating on this case because of the price, remember you are buying from some of the highest quality case makers in the PC industry. You won't regret dishing out a little more for no problems with your hardware.

4 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: This case is designed and built well overall.

Cons: The stock fans are rather loud, don't get me wrong, they aren't like jet engines or anything but you will definitely hear them.

Its very hard to replace the exhaust fan over the motherboard expansion slots. It's a standard fan with special spacers jammed in its screw holes so it can be mounted with standard screws (making it adjustable). I almost broke all the sides off the replacement fan trying to get the spacers from the old fan into the new one.

Other Thoughts: I replaced the stock fans (including the one in the psu) with ones that have magnetic bearings and the only audible noise the computer produces is from the power supply's circuity and occasional clicks from the hard drives.

3 out of 5 eggsAntec's design is much better.

Pros: Easy to remove front face panel, all aluminum construction, minimalistic look, IO connectors easy to figure out. Easy removable mobo tray.

Cons: I bought this case to replace my Antec P160 (which was also aluminum). I would say the Antec had a more thought out design. One of my major concerns is heat, and the side panel on this case doesn't look like it allows for enough airflow. There are a lot of fans on this case, but that also means there will be more noise (especially with 2 80mm fans running). The included fans are quiet, but don't provide as much airflow. The hard drive cage on this case is a little confusing, and you have to bolt all the hard drives directly to the cage. My old Antec P160 had removable hard drive trays that you slid into the hard drive cage, much more convenient. Ditto goes with the cd/dvd drive bays. Overall I'm a little disappointed with the design. I think I might end up selling this one and buying another Antec case instead.

Other Thoughts: Buy this case if you want an all aluminum case and you like the look. Don't rely solely on Lian Li's reputation (like I did) to make your purchasing decision. If you're more concerned about noise, function, and proper airflow, take a look at Antec's cases.

5 out of 5 eggsI love it!

Pros: Lots of space, lots of airflow fans.

Cons: Had a case speaker connector for the mother board - the mother board EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail
didnt have a spot for it - tech support for the mother board said motherboard already had an integrated function for it? Paint me silly but how does a motherboard have it integrated?

5 out of 5 eggsExellent Case

Pros: This is my 3rd Lian Li case. And it just doesn't get much better than this. The slide out MB tray is awesome, as well as the airflow.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Pleanty of room for my 8800 GTS card.
