5 out of 5 eggsAwesome case

Pros: Everything. I've worked with a ton of cases (Antec,TT,SS,etc) before and this was absolutely the best case I've had the pleasure to work with. The VGA cooling vent works well to cycle the hot air out of the case and fits right above the SLI bridge for a tight fit.

Cons: The cooling duct for the rear fan is practically unusable as the duct will get in the way of the heat sink of most boards (unusable with my DFI Sli-DR Expert w/ AC Freezer 64)

Other Thoughts: Its a little cramped but everything fits fine and it does an exceptional job of keeping the system cool.

5 out of 5 eggsLian-Li PC60 APlus

Pros: Excellent ventilation, acoutics are unbelieveable for an aluminum case.Everything fits together snug and more hardware than one could possibly use.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: using Asus A8n-SLI Deluxe, should have gone to full tower or server

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a beautiful case.

Pros: I am really glad that I am not the only one that is tired of all the cyborg and and transformer-look-a-like cases out there. This case has a simple but effective design, is well built, and is very good looking.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Cases are not supposed to look like robots.

5 out of 5 eggsNo more black?

Pros: I have the black version of this case, which Newegg doesn't offer anymore I guess. It's a shame. Anyways, this case is absolutely amazing.
-The brushed aluminum finish is perfect.I found no impurities, inconsistencies, or scratches. Even the front panel is easily 95% aluminum, save the top and bottom edges. Very solid, (you could use it for a seat if you wanted to).
-Almost everything is held on with a thumb/phillips/flathead screw, so that is convenient.
-The sliding motherboard tray is great.
-The front panel pops off for easy access to the drive bays and front intake fan.
-All of the fans are pretty nice so far, I have had them running almost constantly for 3 weeks with no problems yet. The blower fan and huge front panel fan move a lot of air, and are pretty quiet to boot. The air duct is unique, but still effective.
-Comes with a rear-mounted PSU fan cover that you can open and close to limit or stop dust intake.
-Sharp edges have nifty plastic covers.
-Removable HDD bay

Cons: -The instruction are limited to one page, front and back. The engrish is comical, but not really a con because seriously, it's just a case. The pictures do a good enough job by themselves.
-The cost. It IS expensive, but well worth the money. Lian Li does not skimp on quality with this case.

Other Thoughts: The black version is absolutely beautiful. Silver isn't half bad either.

The box was packed well, the UPS guy practically threw the box into my living room, but the case was fine.

Lian Li makes a thermometer, (TR-3A/TR-3B), that would make a great addition to this case. Newegg doesn't carry it though.

UPS took the guaranteed 3 day shipping + 2 days to get it to me, but it got here in perfect shape, so I'm happy.

"Lian Li: Design to be cool!"

5 out of 5 eggsTop Notch Case

Pros: This is an awesome Tower. The airflow in this thing is amazing, and it is very sturdy. I lan alot, and this thing can with stand some heavy hits wihout denting.

Cons: Although this isnt necesarily a con, its something you should take into consideration if you lan and move your pc a lot. The front cage that locks in front of the 120 fan just sits there, it isnt locked in. Recently, I brought it home from a lan and it shifted around, one of its holding prongs were in the way of my 120 fan. I started it up, and it busted off a fan blade. Just make sure that if u move it around alot, do something to keep it in place...I replaced the fan and just put 2 squares of duct tape on since you cannot see the cage once the case is assembled.

Other Thoughts: Thats about it. This is the first pc I've personally built (although Ive boughten the parts for 2 other pcs but my friends put it together) and I have to say Im very impressed with it. dont go for a cheaper one, it probably wont come close to replacing this tower's quality.

5 out of 5 eggsa cornucopia of brushed aluminum wonderland

Pros: - excellent build quality
- plenty of choices in terms of drive placement
- mostly thumbscrews
- the most exquisitely beautiful case i've ever worked with
- name sounds like a scenario in romance of the three kingdoms

Cons: - cost?
- the instructions are in an english that was translated from the original engrish. surely they have unemployed grad students around lian li hq?
- name sounds like a scenario in romance of the three kingdoms

Other Thoughts: despite making fun of their name, i don't think i'll ever look elsewhere when i need a high quality case.

5 out of 5 eggs<UPDATE> (Quality Up the Ying-Yang)

Pros: Excellent Design

All Aluminum

4 Fans w/ CPU Duct and VGA Blower

Cons: The Manual isn't very clear (no suprise since Lian-Li originated in Japan *no offense intended*) =)

Other Thoughts: This is an update from my previous review "Quality up the Ying-Yang." I was able to OC my CPU using the stock Heatsink/Fan and CPU duct included with the case from 2.2 GHZ to 2.5 GHZ. The temperature is staying at 40c or lower. And again, that's just with the stock HSF. As for the 7800GTX, it is OC'ed from 450/1250 to 490/1300, and I'm using nothing but the Stock VGA Cooler and the Blower included with the case. The temperature for the 7800GTX is 46-48c idle, 56-60c load, which is what it normally should be at. I plan to get the ZALMAN VF700-CU VGA COOLER (on its way) and ZALMAN CNPS9500 HSF. With luck, I'll be able to hit 2.8 GHZ on my CPU (57-FX speed) and I'm hoping 525/1.4-1.5 on my 7800GTX. This is definitely a great case for OC'ers out there, and with the right components for your CPU and VGA, you're looking at some serious OCing power! I'll update this again once I replace the stock coolers and give the results.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Sturdy case. Easy to install all componentsbecause of removable motherboard tray. Keeps everything nice and cool CPU 29C

Cons: Kind of hard to work IDE AND other cards into slots.

Other Thoughts: Unless you want a full tower I don't think that any case is easier to work in.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Absolutely sexy case. Having only dealt with low end steel cases before, I decided to spend the extra coin on the gaming system I'm building next month. I have already taken everything apart, and inspected each piece, and I have zero complaints. The case is a little bigger than most of the ATX cases I've dealt with, but the high quality and light weight of the aluminum means it's not a problem for my needs. The removable mobo tray, thumbscrewed -everything, and removable expansion bay make this case extremely convenient to work on, and adaptable to most situations.

The included fans are good quality, and the CPU intake is a great touch. I was thinking about buying a DFI Lan Party mobo, and was concerned that the air intake might not blow correctly on the processor, since the DFI places it a little low and to the side. But the intake scoop can be rotated. So regardless if your mobo uses a CPU-position on top or to the middle, you will have exterior air blowing on/near it.

Cons: The instruction manual kind of sucks. It's not very descriptive. I had a hard time figuring out how to take off the front fan filter trap. Even nicked the trap with a screwdriver because I tried to remove it in the wrong direction. The instructions don't mention you need to push STRAIGHT UP on the filter trap to remove it. Also, the side window kind of sticks when trying to slide it off, and there are no recesses to get leverage. However, I think the more I open and close the panel, the soft metal will become more forgiving.

Other Thoughts: Lian-Li actually makes a windowed side panel compatible with this case. Too bad I haven't been able to find them for sale on Newegg, so I will have to buy it from another retailer.

I haven't installed my system into this yet, so take this review with a grain of salt. However, like I said before, I have taken it apart from top to bottom, and have been very impressed by the quality of each individual part.
