2 out of 5 eggsKeep looking...

Pros: looks nice, no sharpp edges, nice fans

Cons: noise, rattling and vibration, power supply doesn't fit correctly (all 3 that I've tried..there is always a gap btwn the bottom of the PSU and the case), very cramped, only room for 3 hardrives (barely though), the sides are flimsy and loose, the side behind the motherboard is a total pain to get off.

Other Thoughts: Keep looking there are far better cases for this price.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice case

Pros: Very solid construction, elegant black brushed-aluminum finish. Lian Li took great care in making this case and it shows. No sharp edges.

Cons: Could use a removable MB tray, but motherboard installation wasn't a big problem.

Other Thoughts: Overall a great case for a relatively low price.

1 out of 5 eggsSame problems as user levi_v, and more!

Pros: Looks very nice, lightweight, no sharp edges. I recommend getting the version that has the 120mm rear exhaust like I did, if you must get this case at all.

Cons: Mine also rattles too much from the side pannel near the front.

The top blow hole is worthless. I tried 4 different "silent" fans and all 4 produced terribly loud vibrations and air noise. I even used a silcone fan mount to reduce vibration. The problem is that the cut out does not provide enough air flow. You have to run a silent fan at 6v or less, or else it's too loud.

The HD bracket is mounted with two screws that get blocked when you install the drives, which makes it impossible to re-mount the HD caddy. You can't install the HD's unless the removable HD caddy is in place and screwed to the case. This makes the removable HD caddy completely non-removeable. I suppose you could get around this problem if you were to replace the two screws used with some thumb screws.

My other problem was my rear fan started making noises after 2 weeks. I tried contacting Lian Li for a replacement and they ignored me. I tried contacting ADDA, and they told me to contact Lian Li.

Other Thoughts: Little problems and oversights/lack of engineering combinded with unacceptable customer service should not be words used to describe a $100 case and its manufacturer. I thought I was buying top of the line, but it turns out I just overpaid. I seriously doubt I will ever buy another Lian Li case.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: best bang for the buck Aluminum Case. Very roomy. Has plenty of space for all the components to breath. fairly quite 120mm fans. the fans are well placed to optimize the internal air flow and i like the lover 3.5 hdd slots placed right behind the front fan to help keep the HD's happy. No sharp edges and very sturdy chassis. I really like the no nonsense design for that clean but mean look and feel.

Cons: the empty 80mm fan slot on the top of the case.... IMHO its a pretty useless place for a fan when you have 2 well placed 120mm fans in the case with a push - pull configeration.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent case

Pros: excellent product...couldn't have asked for the better case.

Cons: only thing left to be desired is a removable mobo tray (relatively frustrating to install standoffs by the expansion bay) and i had to screw the standoffs in to the back before i screwed them into the front because they simply would not screw in the front. 4 eggs because of that

Other Thoughts: get this case. lian li > *

5 out of 5 eggsStrange name brand

Pros: Just as lightweight and sturdy as advertised, though the internal mounts for the hard drives are a little flimsy, nothing outside of reason though.

All addon cards mounted perfectly unlike a few other cases I've worked with in the last few months. Antec Trupower 550 wat power supply was a hair off mounting but nothing a little torque on the screwdriver coulnd't fix.

Came with plenty of extra screws and even its own metal tool for fixing the motherboard mount bolts to the case, awesome.

Cons: My AMD motherboard was having some serious trouble mounting. Seems the fault was the interchangeable backplane cover shipped with the motherboard. Once I got that stupid thing tweaked right the motherboard mounted flawlessly.

Other Thoughts: Best case I've ever owned. Next case I spec to buy, I'm checking Lian-Li first.

5 out of 5 eggsImpressed

Pros: Looks classy and good! The pictures don't really show how good the black brushed aluminim looks. Lightweight quality construction.

Cons: Somewhat loud. No PSU.

5 out of 5 eggsVery high quality

Pros: This is a very high quality case. There are absolutely NO sharp edges and ships with a wide variety of case screws and cable ties. It even includes a standoff screw tightener! The front panel connectors come in two fashions, a single connector where all the USB wires are bundled together, and then individual connectors in case your motherboard has a different pin out for USB. The included 80mm and 120mm fans are nearly inaudible, so there's no need to buy case fans unless you want LEDs.

Cons: The front panel audio connector is too short to reach the audio pins on the Asus A8N5X NF4 motherboard, but that's as much Asus' fault as it is Lian Li's. The pins are positioned unusually high on the board.

Other Thoughts: I would definitely buy this case again! It would be nice if there was a motherboard tray, but there is ample room to install components anyway.

5 out of 5 eggsWork of Art

Pros: Aluminum and light but not flimsy. Looks nice and clean.
Fans are quiet and the front fan is filtered (+ cleanable)
Sides and PS held by thumb screws
Extra blow hole on top for optional fan
Lots of external expansion space
Sharp edge protection inside
Front ports
Easy to install components with pop-off front and all the screws, etc that you need included.
Heavy rubber stands on bottom

Cons: Internal space limited to 3 HDs but this wouldn't be a problem for most people.
A bit cramped when all of the cables are installed.
No removeable motherboard tray but I didn't really miss this.
Wish the ports were at the top edge instead of the bottom since most folks put their system near the floor.
The screws that hold the HD cage stick out the bottom and scratch surfaces if you aren't careful (got some desk gouges from them).

Other Thoughts: The PC-6 has more room for internal drives than this but costs more. This is close to the best bang for the buck with all of the features I could want. Building my system with this case was a real pleasure. You can also get a side panel window for it if you want.
