An upgraded version of the PC-X2000, this case has a black internal color with a multi-heat zone design. The two heat zones design provides better thermal solution and tidies up internal space.

The new internal layout has the motherboard on middle level, which allows for easier access to the motherboard as well as more room above, thus larger CPU coolers can be used. To install the power supply unit, just slide the power supply unit through the opening at the rear of the case.

  • newegg Unrivaled Cooling Featuring 3 x 140mm front fans and 2 x 140mm rear fans as well as two-heat zones design, the LIAN LI PC-X2000F case provides efficient ventilation and effective system cooling. Huge, washable air filter in the front is easily removable as well as recyclable.
  • newegg Easy Installation SAS hot swap HDD cage supports seven 3.5-inch HDD. Optical Drives can be mounted on either side of the case. And to install PCI add-on cards, simply close and lock the arm into position.
  • newegg Fan Speed Controller A fan speed controller knob is included to provide convenient fan speed adjustment at your fingertip.
  • newegg Bottom Placed PSU The bottom mounted PSU design enables independent and optimized cooling. The tool-less PSU holder allows hassle-free installation, just insert the PSU into position, then close the aluminum PSU holder.
  • newegg Liquid Cooling Ready Retention holes are provided at the rear of the case for easy water cooling set-up and maintenance.
  • newegg USB 3.0 Multimedia I/O Ports Users can easily access USB 3.0 ports, one eSATA port and HD audio ports which are located on the top of the case.

5 out of 5 eggsA work of art.

Pros: Beautiful, sleek, spacious, rugged, innovative. Fits everything and has plenty of room to run wires in back, even with sloppy wiring I didn't have a problem closing the rear cover, a major headache on previous rigs even with careful wiring. I consider this easily worth the price...

Cons: ...but there's still the price.

Other Thoughts: It's like owning a Bugatti. Even people who know nothing about cars will compliment it.

5 out of 5 eggsBest case I've ever owned.

Pros: Classiest PC case ever - no gaudy blue lights, no cheesy design elements, no superfluous meshes or windows or buttons. Just quality black brushed aluminum in a simple, monolithic design.

Built solid, extremely spacious, lots of easy convenience features, front dust filter slides up and out to be easily washed, cool hotswappable drive bays with handle brackets for your drives.

It's huge! Almost the same height as my desk surface. This may be a con, depending on your space or tastes.

Cons: Jeez it's expensive.

Cable management behind the right-side panel is a little tight; took some creative fidgeting to get wires to fit without bulging the panel.

140mm fan size is a little unconventional; you won't have as many options for new ones if you end up wanting or needing them.

The top panel USB 3.0 ports are kinda goofy - you actually have to run the cables from them through a hole in the rear of the case to plug into your motherboard's rear USB 3.0 ports, rather than to USB connectors on the board itself. This one detail seems a little out of place considering the luxury qualities of the rest of the package.

Other Thoughts: Yeah, it's costly. Almost prohibitively so. But it will last you for years, because it's built well, has all the room anyone would ever need, and the design is subdued and classy. It gets noticed and admired without being an obnoxiously tacky piece of X-TREME GAMER SERIES excess.

The build quality is fantastic. Great feel to the materials, no sharp corners, doesn't rattle, not much (or really any) plastic parts. It is surprisingly light, too. I had a steel case before this that was smaller than this and it was like picking up a boulder every time I needed to move it. This case has tremendously better quality and is much lighter.

This is probably my favorite computer hardware purchase of alltime. I will continue to put all future builds inside this gorgeous, polished, luxurious case.

4 out of 5 eggsVery Nice Case, However..

Pros: Quite spacious (ASUS Rampage IV Extreme LGA 2011 installed), nice looking, side 5 1/4inch drive bays with external access very appealing. 3.5inch hot-pluggable drive bays are very nice. Light but sturdy.

Cons: Cost, loose and fallen screws upon arrival, not really a tool-less design (but close). Cannot fit a Noctua NH-D14 SE2011 cooler without leaving out the vertical support beam. USB and audio out connections on very top of the case (sitting on my desk, $500 case on my floor, no chance!) - option to have them low would have been appreciated. After build getting right panel back on without any bulges took more effort than any other case. Getting the cables tidy seemed to require a fair amount of work.

Other Thoughts: A very appealing case that despite the Cons I have put forward would not stop me from buying another for my main system - and I'm not "rich".

5 out of 5 eggsSlick, quality beautiful case!

Pros: ALL aluminum construction, not mostly plastic nd steel with aluminum faceplate like others. Fit and finish is unrivaled (as it should be at the price-point). Fantastic airflow and almost completely inaudible with the fans on low. Holds tons of equipment and long graphics cards.

Cons: Tall. May not fit under some desks (not that you'd want to hide such a work of art).

Other Thoughts: Bought this from another retailer.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case, But...

Pros: Very Nice Quality.
Round Edges.
Side Mounted CD ROM works very well

Cons: Not enough space for big power supply. Need to use extension which in turns make the case back stick out more.

USB 3.0 Jacks are for rear IO of mother board. Stupid Design

Other Thoughts: For the money, not worth it. But I bought Lian LI in the past without issues. I find this case needs more refinement.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Case Yet !

Coming Soon!

Pros: lots of space to work inside with cable management to the rear of motherboard is really nice. very happy with the purchased. brought down the temperature from my previous steel case by 10 degrees.

Cons: a bit on the taller size but does add elegant to the look

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a massive case.

Pros: Excellent construction. Very sleek looking. Nice easy access in front for dust collection filters. Fits my Antec HCP-1200 perfectly without removing the hard drive cage or adding the included PSU extension bracket. Very well organized inside. Comes with plenty of accessories. Its nice to be able to choose which side you want your CD, DVD, BlueRay, etc.. drives on.

Nice swappable hard drive bays that can be removed if you choose not to use the hot swap feature. Can handle PCI-E cards up to 12". Never saw a card that big before. Nice to see 8 expansion slots instead of 7 like many cases on the market.

Newegg packaged the unit very well. Good job Newegg.

Cons: Price, but that is to be expected for the high quality you receive from Lian Li.

Other Thoughts: If you can afford it, then its worth owning. Very user friendly. The brushed aluminum doesn't show fingerprints. Nice filter on the bottom of case if you have a PSU that has a fan mounted on the top or bottom instead of directly in the back for better airflow.

3 out of 5 eggsOverpriced

Pros: This is a well-built case with good drive bay versatility, ie, they can open either on the left or right side of the case. Case fans move air well and are quiet. USB 3.0 is nice for future hardware needs.

Cons: In my opinion, this case is overpriced. I guess one pays for the drive bay versatility and unique interior of the case.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Unique Case

Pros: All Aluminum. Perfect look. Great for customization and fit for large graphic cards. Best case for air cooling of high end GPUs. Great fan filter design. Gets excellent airflow.

Cons: Tall, Price. Wish it had a top exhaust to fit an extra radiator.
The biggest Con I have is the lack of space behind the motherboard for cable management. It forced me to be extra tidy to avoid having the right panel bulge out.

Other Thoughts: I managed to fit a Tri SLI GTX 580 system with 3 Antec 620 to cool them along with one Antec 920 to cool the CPU. This case is unique for its hard drive modularity, fan filter system and overall configuration. After a few mods, I have 16 SSDs running in it and I even removed the lower hdd cage so it does not obstruct airflow. This case is almost perfect for my project.
