5 out of 5 eggsIt Looks Awesome and is easy to work with!

Pros: This case just oozes quality with no round edges and a solid feel! IT has clear instructions with a lot of options and even a tool and part case to carry your extras! You can see all the insides from the pictures and it is a true tooless case.
I LIKE large and this delivers! What it comes down to is a case is a case if you like it then thats awesome!

Cons: My negatives are minor but people do need to know some things.
1. IF you have an EATX MB the rubber openings for wires are too close and you can not really use them.

2. the Hard drive bays with the built in Sata connections are ONLY Sata II and NOT Sata III, though I REALLY doubt in the real world you you will EVER see a difference but you should know anyway.

3. SOME people may want more bay openings for the 5. 1/4 slots 3 is MORE than a enough for me!

Other Thoughts: Other than the EATX issue I am very satisfied with the case and will NOT even knock off an Egg for the rubber grommet blockage. I bought this KNOWING that and to knock and egg off for buying something you know is an issue ahead is wrong. I bought this with all sorts of New Egg Discounts making the price $175 delivered watch out for pricing changes and sales at the same time, THEN pounce and get one!

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing case!

Pros: Very nice case.
Much roomier than HAF 932
eATX and HPTX.
HDD- hot swap
Quite fans (spects are very hard to find on Lian Li website)

Cons: 1) HPTX: 2 holes were missing for SR-2 motherboard. I had to drill to the back plate for better support
2) Front fans are on the side and were placed as an exhaust fan, needs to be reversed.

Other Thoughts: 1) I put a 120 mm intake fan instead of the upper 3x HDD bay. This improved air flow.
2) SR-2 fits very well.
3) 2.5 drive is not hot swap, is located in the bottom. is not bad, but I put the SSD in one of the 3.25 bays as hot swap.
4) There is enough room for Water cooling
5) Close loop systems (H70, H80 etc may work, but air flow may be a problem. (H100 would be very difficult) I used 2 Noctua 12's. No problems with good cooling and very silent case.
6) How much is it worth? I got a very good price (240-80=160$) But definitely a great case, pleasure to work with.

5 out of 5 eggsQuite possibly the best case I've ever bought.

Pros: An enormous amount of room inside the case. I cannot exaggerate the amount of room available. It's listed for HPTX usage, and it delivers beautifully. My SSI-EEB motherboard (See 'Other thoughts' below), its twin 120mm fan heatsinks, and what cards I choose to run in it still leave it more than half empty!

The entire case, from construction to design simply states "elegance". Clean lines, metal everywhere (Faceplate, sides, and inside), no sharp edges, and an attractive layout inside and out all make this case a pleasure to use, and to maintain since I bought it.

The accessories that came with the case are seriously joyful overkill. They included enough thumbscrews and auxilliary parts for everything in the case, all in a nice plastic organizer.

Oh, the hot swap SATA bays. Almost forgot about those! The rail design, coupled with these in the 3.5" internal bays, makes it a breeze to add new drives.

Six months in, and I'm STILL in love with this case!

Cons: This case has a downside? I haven't met it yet.

Other Thoughts: This is the system I have inside the case:

Asus KGPE-D16 motherboard
PC Power & Cooling Silencer 760W power supply
2x Opteron 6128
2x Noctua NH-U12DO
A few cards, SATA HDDs, and a generic DVD-RW drive.

There's not enough room on Newegg to let me gush about this case. :x It's obscenely quiet, with the choices I made for the hardware. It's ridiculously easy to set up and maintain, and is worth every penny I spent on it.

I love it enough to have bought its little brother (Lian Li PC-Z60B) while it was on sale, for my desktop so they can match. They share almost all of the same feature set and differ mainly in height.

2 out of 5 eggsBlack Elephant

Pros: Looks good empty, almost all aluminum construction
Drives fit into hot-swap connections nicely
Comes with all fans
PSU and GPU clamps and cabling conduit are fun to use

Cons: Collects oil from your hands
Hot-swap rails require 4 thumbscrews (other brands have snap-on systems). Very poor 2.5" mounting options.
Hard drive fans are weak--don't need to worry about all the intake exhausting out the side of the case because the fans can barely push air to the drives
Lacks features like fan speed adjustment, GPU ventilation, cable mounting points behind motherboard, removable MB tray, more user-friendly panels and dust filters, etc.

Other Thoughts: Didn't really like working with the case since the motherboard is still shoved up into the corner, cabling options aren't that great, the top is not removable, sides and front are tricky to put back on, the inside is easily scratched, and it gets smudged whenever you touch it. It's also big, so I needed new cables to relocate it. And loud, which a new CPU cooler fan didn't cure, but a new GPU might... There is zero sound reduction--sounds the same with the panels on or off--so I foresee a future of evaluating every component, even hard drives, on how loud they are.

This is a good-quality case, but there just isn't a good reason to buy it when there are cheaper, if uglier, options that offer more. For me, the noisiness made it a bad choice.

5 out of 5 eggsUnmatched Quality

Pros: With the current discounts offered paid $191.00 instead of $339.00 with free shipping. For the price no other case comes close. Third Lian Li purchase and very impressed with fit and finish. Blows away Corsair, Silverstone, and Thermaltake--just to name a few. Externally the case is beautiful. Smooth black aluminum. Internally this unit has great cable routing features and cooling with six fans included. USB 3 and air intake filtration are also part of this package.

Cons: PRICE?! Ouch! Even for most enthusiasts $339.00 is just too much for an excellent case. Additionally, there are only three 5.25 external drive bays for expansion. Not a big deal for me but for others it may be a problem. Another big deal is that if one wants to use an internal dual or triple radiator for water cooling this unit will not work. A Corsair H80 will work great but a Corsair H100 will not fit unless one is willing to do some modifications.

Other Thoughts: If one needs dual or triple radiators or more than three 5.25 external drive bays look elsewhere but for most of us at $191.00 this is a hell of a deal.

5 out of 5 eggsTop quality case as expected from Lian Li

Pros: There is a stunning, minimalistic beauty to Lian Li cases that I keep coming back to. This thing is built like a tank -- really high quality all around. Coming from a mid-tower Lian Li case to this is a pleasure but I wasn't prepared for how big an upgrade this was.

Cable management features are new to me. Not anything revolutionary but I'm wondering how I lived without it before.

Airflow is fantastic for my uses. 2x 570 GTX and an overclocked CPU. Nothing drastic but my temps never get high. The 6 included fans do the job well.

Newegg's pictures don't show the 3 filtered fans that are used in the front intake vent. You can see them at Lian Li's website - part PT-AF12-3B. They attach via a metal framework which you can remove if you want to have your fans on the opposite side. Newegg details tab also states that you only receive 2x 120mm fans for the front intake which is incorrect -- you get 3 as stated in the overview tab.

All in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

Cons: As noted by others, the USB3 ports on the top won't connect to your motherboard with the cable provided. With all the other extras included with this rather expensive case this seems like an oversight that would have been fixed by now.

Other Thoughts: For a better, more accurate description of what comes with this case you should go to Lian Li's website. You can order additional parts and accessories from there as well if you want

The whole "tool-less" design thing is handy for the PCI slots, but I'm a bit weary on the 5.25" bay latch.

The VGA support pillar thing is so far going unused. Gimmick or not, I don't really get how it's supposed to work and the included installation guide is pretty lackluster.

The power button is located on the angled edge on top of the case. Beware if you rest your feet on your case as it's easy to hit on accident. It's easy to circumvent this via a Windows power setting, but it caught me off guard as I'm used to power buttons being front-loaded.

This comes with a healthy amount of spare parts. You even get a latching plastic box that separates screws which just provides an additional level of convenience while putting your system together.

3 out of 5 eggsBeautiful

Pros: Visually attractive; everything already stated ...

Cons: My Corsair H100 will not fit in the top; H100 uses 120mm fans, the case uses 140mm fans (I knew this before I purchased the case, just thought you may want to know). My Corsair H50 will not fit in the back; there is just enough space for the 120mm fan - the radiator will NOT fit (I DID NOT know this before I purchased this case). Completely useless for my water cooling needs.

Other Thoughts: If you cool by air alone you are OK. If you piece together a custom water cooling kit, you MAY be OK. If you have a closed-loop water cooling solution, you ARE NOT OK. I docked an egg for this. I also docked an egg for Lian-Li and Newegg's lack of recognizing consumer demand; Lian-li doesn't offer this case with a window, you have to purchase a window seperately +$100- Newegg doesn't sell the window. FAIL. People that spend this kind of money on a chasis alone most likely want a window, just saying...

BTW, the dust filters in ALL cases are good for catching large birds from flying into your case, that's about it. Manufacturers need to start offering a filter similar to HVAC filters. I cut-up and tapped 3-month filters in each opening and I have plenty of air-flow. NOTE: I installed Noctua 9-blade, high-impedance, fans. There is money to made on this, get with the program.

5 out of 5 eggsLian Li PC-Z70B

Pros: Outstanding build quality, HDD cage is convenient and a snap to use (handles both SATA 3Gb/s & 6Gb/s drives). Power switch and reset switch have built-in LEDs serving as Power and HDD indicators - they glow blue and red.

Cons: Power cable extensions may be needed depending on PSU (I needed an extension for my 8-pin MB power cable in order to route cable behind the motherboard tray). The video card brace had to be removed to clear my HSF. However, the brace is easy to remove and has screws on both ends. Will have to remember that there is a removable air filter below PSU on the bottom of the case.

Other Thoughts: Case includes a USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 converter for front panel header. Build includes: P8Z68 Deluxe/GEN3, i7-2600K, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus, EVGA SuperClocked GeForce GTX 570, Corsair CMPSU-850HX, 16GB CORSAIR Vengeance Low Profile memory, Crucial M4 128GB SATA 3.0 SSD, 2 2TB HDDs and 1 VelociRaptor 450GB (Scratch disk).

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent case

Pros: Hot swap Hard Drive very easy.
A real tool less case. I enjoy to put together a computer using this case. One of the best experience I have
Very light case
9 hot swap HD
Lot of fans. Cool inside but it is still quiet.

Cons: No light for Hard Drive, Power LED. (At least I could not find it.) It is funny that there is a Hard Drive light wire and Power LED wire in the case but no light!!!

3 out of 5 eggsLIAN LI PC-Z70B

Pros: Lot's of Drive Bays for hotswap
Easy to open and look around
Light weight

Cons: Expensive
Flimsy--it's made of relatively thin aluminum
USB 3.0 header instead of connectors (no adapter included)
Drive installation for hotswap is not easy

Other Thoughts: I think for the price the chassis should be sturdier--aluminum is fine but put some extra structural supports on the side panels.
There is no easy way to run the cables outside on the back and back again to the motherboard--it's just to long and the cables aren't long enough to reach.
USB 3.0 has two ports up front but there is no adapter for motherboards without a header on board. I have two standard connectors instead of the header--so I'd have to buy an extra part--for the price, it should be included.
The lead for the eSATA port is rather short and requires running right through the chassis to the motherboard. Why bother, with all that cable management if it's going to be gummed up either way. The same problem is present with the leads for power button, HD LED, Reset switch, etc.
