5 out of 5 eggsWOW!!

Pros: All I can say is WOW!! This huge full tower case replaced my old Antec Nine Hundred mid tower case and the difference was night and day. I can actually work on my rig now without having to squeeze my hand inside the case. This Lian Li case definitely seems quality made. This was my first Lian Li case. I was a bit concerned about the durability since it's made by aluminum but no problem here so far. Overall, I'm very happy with this case. Purchased it at almost half off after the promo code. Thanks newegg.

Cons: Not enough airflow. Definitely could use more fans on the top panel and maybe even the side panel. Wish this was a clear window side panel. I don't know why companies still bother with the solid window side panel when most buyers will prefer the clear window panel. I was hoping for it to be a much bigger case but coming from a mid tower case, I'm satisfied.

Other Thoughts: It didn't come with a hot girl inside the case.

4 out of 5 eggsUmm nice! but....

Pros: Very large well constructed case. First time from this mfg. I must say very impressed, comming from coolermaster and lots of other gamming cases.

Cons: 6970 MSI Lightning is a pain in the A%$ to get in and out.

Other Thoughts: The tooless expansion desighn is the best I have yet seen. Could have had an extra Millimeter or two of room for larger graphics cards.

4 out of 5 eggsAwesome for modding

Pros: all aluminum, extremely large, room for 3x120 rad + 2x 140 rad. aluminum takes paint well. Sturdy and quiet.

Cons: Cable management could use some work. behing the tray is kinda small, and there are no tie offs

Other Thoughts: if you want a large case for liquid cooling you can't go wrong here, but if you are modding in anyway you might as well figure out how to do some cable management while you are at it

3 out of 5 eggsBe careful what you put in it

Pros: It's a full-tower aluminum case.

The dust filters can work and are easy enough to access.
The door alignment is easy, esp. for a full tower.
The wire clips on the bottom are useful.
Hard drive bays are well designed, easy and do reduce the noise.
Comes with extra parts and a case for them

Cons: Not enough airflow for a full tower.

If you actually fill it with drives there won't be much in the way of cold air coming to your GPU, and even less to the chipset/CPU if the graphics heatsink isn't the exhaust type. I'm still using the case for all its features but I typically leave the side off. Removing or replacing the 5.25 shields helps some but doesn't prevent pockets of hot air around the GPU.

Other Thoughts: Lian-li does produce replacement case tops and doors with much-needed vents but that's an additional expense.

I should note that this is a review of the old USB 2 version of the case, so I can't comment on the ports, but it is otherwise identical.

2 out of 5 eggsNice case, lots of room

Pros: Lots of room to work with.
Modular design allows you to move things around and configure however you like
Tool-less PCI system is fantastic!
hard drive mounting is easy and secure
Plenty of hardware for whatever you need
Lots of threaded holes to use Cable loops and thumbscrews for cable management
Front drive cage can be removed for more room.

Cons: It's huge, but I knew that when I bought it.
Price, for what it is, it's a bit expensive i guess

The top USB ports shorted out and killed at least 6 of my devices and my motherboard before I figured out the case was the problem. (-3 eggs for that)

Other Thoughts: Seriously not happy about the ports shorting out. I couldn't figure out why my 2 flash drives died and figured it was because one was old, and the other was just defective. When my external HD stopped working along with my wireless mouse adapter, I got suspicious. I assumed it was the motherboard... (who would think external connections for a case would cause a problem?) RMA'd the MB and now my 2nd wireless mouse adapter is dead. Awesome.... A $200 case killed almost $500 of hardware. I'll probably think twice about another Lian-Li case.

5 out of 5 eggs99,9% Satisfied

Pros: Aluminum, USB 3.0, Holds 10 Hard Drives, Tons Of Room For Anything I Wish To Put In There.

Cons: The Only Con Or Gripe That I Have With Any Of My Lian LI Cases ( I Own 4 Of Them): Front Panel Clips There Are 4 Male And 4 Female Clips That Hold The Front Panel On. They Are Made From Junk Plastic. I Did Not Force Anything and 1 Of The Female Clips Broke. I Checked Lian Li's Site For the Part And I Was Redirected to a 3rd party for this part. A 2-3$ Part Plus about 7$ Shipping. I Think Lian Li Should Send Me A Pack Of Clips Before I Spend The Money To Ship The Whole Case Back To Them. While Looking For This Cheaply Made Clip I Ran Into Several Other Folks With The Same Problem ( Junk Clips) & Hard To Find Replacements.

Other Thoughts: I Wish Lian Li or Newegg Would Provide Me With Some Suggestions, A Solution, Or Even Send Me A Part To Fix This Case,

2 out of 5 eggsDecline in Quality

Pros: Aluminum, roomy

Cons: Poorly made for a high end case

Other Thoughts: This is my 6th and maybe my last Lian-Li case. The front bezel is warped and wont fit snugly - get one corner in place and the opposite one pops out; the side panel is hard to get properly closed as well.

5 out of 5 eggsFantastic case!

Pros: Well designed, Stylish, Great Features.

Cons: It wasn't free.

Other Thoughts: I did a lot of research before choosing a case, and decided on this one -- I have not been disappointed! Excellent case, and I am looking forward to many years of use. Highly recommended!

5 out of 5 eggsSimple but elegant

Pros: Unparalleled workmanship. Everything fits perfectly, seamless, feels tough, but is still amazingly light. The solid brushed aluminum finish is just pristine.

I didn't see it in the product description, but the main hard drive rack includes two panels that can be used to mount 2.5" SSDs using screws. If you squint at the picture of the interior, you should see them. Not exactly fancy, and no vibration dampening (not really suited for mechanical 2.5" drives), but it gets the job done so you don't have to buy an adapter.

Cons: Everything you need and not an ounce more - none of the "fancy" extras of the "gamer" lines of full tower cases. You'll have to pay extra if you want those extras (fan controller, hotswap bay, top/side fans, card reader, etc).

Other Thoughts: Front fans are pretty silent, rear fans are a little noisier. Get a fan controller for $20. The NXZT touch panel controller looks perfect in this case.

It's pretty massive. Break out the tape measure and make sure you're comfortable with the size before purchasing.

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a case!

Pros: I have to say I've never worked with such a great case before. Completely toolless design, when it says it can fit an EATX board and 10 hard drives, it can not only do it, but do it with room to spare! The drive bays are decently spaced to allow airflow, as I prefer. In some cheap cases, I've had to alternate drive bays to accomplish this, but not here. This case was a dream to work with.

Cons: USB 3.0 connector for the front panel didn't seem to match my motherboard correctly (one pin on the connector is closed). Not sure if this is a connector or motherboard issue so I won't deduct a star from the case, but I wound up using the USB 2.0 adapter to connect to a USB 2.0 header.
