4 out of 5 eggsGreat Case

Pros: very nice cool case easy to work in and to build. fans quiet , easy to install hard drives and cd-roms plenty of room inside case my systems run cool. bought three of these cases to be used at work and home and they are light weight and look good and work even better.

Cons: one big con there are only one usb 3.0 on front not sure why they don't have two, however, they give you a usb 3.0 to 2.0. Would also recommend changing the front fan it is blue led and you may not want that distraction. changing the fan is a bit complicated as you need to take the hard drive cage out to uninstall the fan but when case empty it is 8 screws and your finished.

Other Thoughts: Nice case would not pay full price , wait until they go on special the case should last for a long time through many builds. very sharp looking and light weight.

1 out of 5 eggsMissing Parts

Pros: Ok Case for the Money

Cons: Came with ZERO Hard Drive trays - the entire hard drive area is EMPTY. Case is useless unless either NewEgg or Lian Li will send me the hard drive trays and send them ASAP.

Other Thoughts: It's things like this that wreck a project. I have all the parts, expect that all the parts are in working order, and a deadline to meet. Now I have to explain that the case wasn't shipped with the required PROPRIETARY HD trays - next time, I'll shop for a case that just lets you screw the components in.

FIX THIS ASAP

5 out of 5 eggsLightweight & classy

Pros: * Lightweight & sturdy
* Plenty of room, slots, fans, (who needs a full tower??)
* Great air flow
* Power supply mounts on the bottom of the case, bottom vent to suck in cooler outside air, exhaust directly out again!
* Plenty (5) of external drive bays
* Top connectors: USB 3.0 & USB 2.0, audio - so you don't have to reach around back for those 'quick' connections
* My first case with rear thumb screws!
* Air filters can be easily removed / cleaned
* Liquid cooling 'holes' - upgrade flexibility
* Also love the tool-less design for expansion cards

Cons: Why didn't I buy one sooner??? !!!

Other Thoughts: I've now built around six of my own computers thru the years, and even multiple workstations for my workplace. Most of the time $$$ are a concern. BUT, this time I made a fairly nominal investment in a case that will last me YEARS and has flexibility for years to come. Originally I thought "I don't want any flashy, lighted fans" - and this case comes with blue lighting for the front fan. However, since it's low to the flow on my computer desk, it has not detracted ... and I can get around in relative darkness without stumbling ... LOL!

5 out of 5 eggsGood finish and cooling

Pros: Fit and finish very good. More than adequate cooling for DP67BGB3 & i7-2600K. Replaced Lian Li case fans with Noctua equivalents. Also installed Lian Li PT-FN01 three stage fan speed controller – set to #2 (middle) position to reduce noise. CPU cooled by Megahalems Rev. B with Noiseblocker M12-P PWM fan (BIOS tweaked slightly to yield 1150 min. RPM). Never see more than 60°C on stress test with 3.8GHz turbo boost.

Like the covered USB3/headset/MIC receptacles on top front of the case.

Cons: (Semi-con) Did not care for the USB3 cables (connected to front top USB3) out the back of the case so installed a Koutech 2 ch internal USB3 PCIe card.

Other Thoughts: First build – went well.

3 out of 5 eggsNice qualty, poor design

Pros: Very nice build quality. I will buy ONLY Lian Li in the future.
The front fan is great. I actually ended up like the blue LED much to my surprise.

Cons: The rear fan is noisy as heck. It's the only reason my pc is noisy at all.

The front fan cannot be removed without going through a BIG hassle of ripping out the hard drive cage. I'd prefer levers to the thumb screws but the screw work alright. They're just hard to reach. There needs to be more room behind the mother board mount as the wires I have are fairly thick.

Other Thoughts: Will make sure to buy a better design in the future.

5 out of 5 eggsGood case for the money

Pros: Bought this case for my new Ivy bridge build. Very clean case and aimed at being tool less design. Ample room for a mid tower case. Aluminum build and quality outside paint (doesn't "feel" cheap). Fans are silent and keep the components cool. Front LED fan is not super bright (not a fan of bright fans on my case)

Cons: Can't turn off the lights on the front fan. Installing Antec Kuhler was a pain because of the large radiator size and being right on the top of the case. Taking out the front fan means taking out a lot of other items (seems to be the drive bay). If you have a lot of hot components in the case it probably will get hot.

Other Thoughts: My build is:

Intel i5 3570k
ASUS P8Z77-V LX
8gigs of G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
Thermaltake 700w PSU
128 SSD M4
2tb HDD

2 out of 5 eggsHot hot hot

Pros: Attractive case, I like the blue lighting of the front fan grill, The top is removable, and the aluminum case acts as a heat sink when it gets hot.

Cons: Did I mention the heat? I'm air cooling this case, and the air flow out the rear 120mm fan was minimal. I assembled my system, and under full load, the case was very hot, the CPU was over 70 centigrade and not much air was moving anywhere.

I'm forbidden by the review guidelines to say how I cooled off the case.

Other than that, the standoffs didn't quite fit the case holes. The case comes with what looks like a little standoff wrench, but I didn't notice that until after I got the things in.

Other Thoughts: After all the work I put into it, I've grown fond of the case, which is why it got its second egg. If I had it to do all over again, I wouldn't buy an expensive case just because it was on sale.

5 out of 5 eggsWorth Every Penny

Pros: It's is very cool. It is SO easy to work with. I love this case.

Cons: I had to remove the LED fan which came with it. That thing is obnoxious.

Other Thoughts: This is the best case I have ever owned.
