The idea of creating aluminum mini-tower PC-Q03A is to save user’s space. Despite its size, the PC- Q03 supports Mini-ITX motherboard, ATX power supply and one 3.5-inch (using 2.5-inch space) / two 2.5-inch internal HDDs to meet your computing needs.

Excellent cooling PC-Q03 is designed to maximize the natural flow of air through vent holes located on the side and rear panels to cool components.
Removable HDDs Tray and slim ODD module The removable HDDs tray supports two internal 2.5-inch HDDs with easy installation and services. When the HDD tray is removed, you can install one internal 3.5" HDD. Slim ODD module is also included to support slim ODD or one of external 2.5-inch HDD with easy installation and services. The PC-Q03 also comes with a mounting bracket for Micro-ATX PSU.
Multi-media I/O Ports The I/O panel allows easy access to two USB 3.0 port, Audio In & Out (supports HD Audio) jacks.
Tool-less Side Panel installation There are a jointer for join the side panel to the chassis, for easy removement and attachment of the side panel.
Small but complete The compact PC-Q03 offers enough space for all your must components with support for 160mm long PSU, 180mm long VGA card and 60mm high CPU cooler.

That really surprise me because everyone complains about the USB3 cable of Lian Li Q case. It seems Lian Li finally knew what their customers want. Easy to remove the side panels for installation compared to PC-Q07 I have. Come with adaptor to use sfx PSU. The number of openings on side panel is much smaller than those on PC-Q07. That will make them look better. Cons: No way to install any case fan even using sfx PSU and Lain Li tried to make it look better and reduce the number of openings (holes) on side panel. The air intake won't be good. Other Thoughts: Overall it is a small case with limited expansibility. No case fan, limited airflow. It is better to install CPU which TDP is less than 95W and reverse the CPU fan to suck the air into PSU fan. The space between hard disk and Video card is very small. Don't recommend to install Video card or high performance video card. If gaming and small are the goal, Silverstone SG-05 or SG-06 will be a better selection. Did you find this review helpful? N/A 9/11/2012 12:55:50 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 1/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 3/5Not up to Lian Li's usual standards Pros: Good price, decent size for mini itx systems Cons: The quality of the case is not at the level I have come to expect from Lian Li; the frontside USB 3 ports are slightly askew, the screws of the case needed serious tools to be turned, the case feels flimsy and too thin. Given the amount of space in the system, the design decision to route the frontside USB ports through a cable gate to the outside (instead of just adding a connector for USB3 frontside headers) is hard to understand. The cutout for the slim form factor drive is useless; it would have been preferable to simply leave the case closed. Mounting a 2.5" SSD in the top bay has issues with drive positioning (the drive is offset slightly from the end of the bay, so right-angle sata connectors are out of the question) Other Thoughts: In retrospect, I'd have preferred the black version of the case, or really should have gone with the Q07. Also, seeing the majority (2/3rds) of the case being taken up by powersupply and cabling drives home how far cases have yet to go.
