The Lian Li PC-10N is a rugged yet elegant chassis great for new builds or relocating your existing system. Its brushed aluminum construction, classic color schemes, and clean lines present a tasteful appearance. The PC-10NB adopts a new motherboard tray design, called railing mount technology, allowing for better cable management and thermal performance compared with traditional solid motherboard trays. A hinged bracket, positioned directly over the CPU, provides support for a 240mm radiator. Other features you expect on a gaming chassis are included, such as ultra long graphics card support, tool-less design, a bottom-mounted PSU, and USB 3.0 connectivity. Three pre-installed fans produce tremendous air flow to keep entire system nice and cool, even under high load levels.
This review is from: LIAN LI PC-10NB Black Aluminum Computer Case
Pros: This case is generally easy to work in because both sides come off, allowing you to move wires easily through the space. There is ample room for large GPUs and there are plenty of hardware parts to do the job well. The power supply fits nicely on the bottom of the case. I bought a modular PS. It slipped right in and the open back case let me wire behind the Mobo without any problems.
Cons: The instructions are terrible. It is at first not at all obvious how hard drives must be mounted. There are lots of rubber grommets but you have to figure out on your own how to use them in mounting HDs. This is why I docked the case one ball.
Other Thoughts: I liked this case a lot. It just took me longer than necessary to sort out the 5 or 6 types of screws and ascertain their purpose. My build uses an ASUS Sabertooth X79 mobo, an Ivy Bridge processor a Corsair GW 850 modular PS and a Gigabytle GeForce 780 GPU with 4GB of RAM. The Mobo RAM is G.Skill Trident X series,DDR# 2400MHz, 32GB.
