Cooler Master combined classic and modern design in the RC-330-KKN1-GP, to create a case that will last. Housing four 5.25" and two 3.5" external drive bays it gives you more room than most people would ever use. It gives easy access to the two USB 2.0 ports and two audio ports by placing them front and center. They finished this with a classic two toned black and silver appearance to create a classic look for years to come.

That's just the exterior, though. The interior is where it really shines. The five 3.5" internal hard drives will give you plenty of storage space. The front vents feature an ingenious vent system that feature an easy to clean filter. The rear 120mm fan will have no trouble pulling the cool air in, and the side air duct will enjoy expelling the hot air from your CPU.

Creating the perfect system will be quick and painless proposition with this case as well. Each and every drive bay, both internal and external, features tool free installation, as does the side panel and the seven expansion slots. Make it easy on yourself. Get a case that will support your frequent "tweaks" and changes without skinning your knuckles or cramping your hands. This case will leave your hands healthy for manipulating that keyboard!

5 out of 5 eggsStill my favorite

Pros: Filters air through the entire front of the case. I sealed off the side panel and bottom/front intake, to force all of the air to be filtered. Keeps the inside clean while still being cool. Single 120mm fan is quiet. I've had 5 hard drives in mine since day 1. Only cost $40!

Cons: Without rubber isolation for hard drives, some models can resonate. Current Seagate ST4000DM000 are quiet. A bit large for most people's needs nowadays, I've moved on to building mini ITX systems.

Other Thoughts: I've used this case for 5 computer builds, most starting in 2007, and ALL are still used every day today with no problems. 3 were for close friends of mine, one for myself, and one I bought right as it was being discontinued, because I didn't like the newer model as much. I ended up using that one in 2014 for my wife's computer, and I still love it.

3 out of 5 eggsThe Power Button is the Issue

Pros: Easy to use, reasonably inexpensive. It has been working fine.

Cons: The power button is the issue. It is made of transparent plastic. It broke after 2 years. Whoever designed the power button did not understand the strength and elastic limits of plastic.

4 out of 5 eggsBlue Power Button Blues

Pros: It's an easy case to build a system with. But the poorly designed power button smashes at least one Egg.

Cons: Sure, they'll send you replacements, but they're the same flimsy design, so they inevitably break. If this case was a car, it'd have a factory recall and be repaired under warranty...

Other Thoughts: Save up for a Lian Li!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Case. Great Price

Pros: I have a huge problem with dust in my house, and this case has been time tested and proven to remain super clean. It pulls air in through the front, and has little filters you can vacuum out leaving the inside very clean.

Cons: I have no cons about this case, it is the best

Other Thoughts: I achieve this by covering the side vents by taping a plastic covering over it so it can only pull air through the front where the filters are. And a few quick swipes with the vacuum on the front and you're as good as new. Beats having to buy $5 cans of air to blow out all the nooks and crannys.

4 out of 5 eggsThe little case that could. maybe.

Pros: Reasonable size, as in, not a boat anchor.
Stylish for its price point.
Fits 10" or smaller video cards if you have several hard drives, or 12" or smaller video cards if you don't have several drives.

Cons: Not meant for enthusiasts. Cable management is a nightmare if you have more than a basic amount of components. Larger video cards block airflow.

Other Thoughts: I have 2x 6970s, 7 hard drives (4 of which are in a 4:3 5 1/4" box), a CPU water cooler with push-pull 120mm fans, and many other items packed into this small case. It works, but not as well as it could with a separate cabling area or a little more room. I bought this case specifically due to its size, so I knew what I was getting into.

4 out of 5 eggsElite

Pros: Great, keeps temps low and many places for additional fans, while keeping a clean look, I had ordered a Ninja case and they sent me this instead, cant complain :)

Cons: Only probelm i have is that with a MATX board the cpu duct is not over the cpu fan it is like 4 inches to the left, but i just pointed it at it and it seems to be OK like that.

4 out of 5 eggsLooks good, we'll see about durability

Pros: Good, clean look. Nice in the living room when you want a subdued look and not some color geek out. Nice tool-less design for drives. Everything seems to fit pretty well. Easy removal of front plate. Quiet fan.

Cons: Durability is a question based on reviews above. Somewhat confirmed in that my case had a loose wire on one of the USB connectors. Hard drive LED is hard to see.

Other Thoughts: I like the look, I like the number and placement of the bays, and I like the position for the front fan (optional, you have to install one yourself). The tool-less holders for the drives are very nice, if not a bit cheap feeling.

I'm still glad I got this, we'll see in a year or so. The MoBo fit really well, as did the power supply. There's a lot to like.

Final thought: this is the one thing I didn't buy at NewEgg. It cost me an extra 5 bucks or so to procure locally. However, my luck with UPS shipping cases has not been good. Having to RMA a case is a pain. I love NewEgg for everything except something bulky like this.

3 out of 5 eggsCheap and cheap

Pros: Cheap, looks fine, plenty of room.

Cons: Reeks of poor construction; screws don't line up well, paint is chipping, the plastic plate containing the power button and headphone jacks has come loose.

Other Thoughts: Its a good price and serves its function but it has flaws.
