nice big cheap case

Pros: Big and roomy. Easy install. Mesh front and lots of vents help with cooling as do the two 120mm fans. Blue LEDs on the front fan not noted in the description...I wouldn't have wanted it but this is for my 16-year-old brother who will totally dig the bling. Not expensive at all.

Cons: Thin metal may bend or dent if you aren't careful with your case. This isn't thick like the Mac Pro cases or other higher end PC cases. LEDs in the front fan may annoy you if you don't like your case to look like a light show.

Other Thoughts: For the money it's a nice case. Two 120mm fans keep it cool and quiet and even with the LEDs it's relatively minimalist and classy looking. I've never gone wrong with Cooler Master cases on budget builds. For higher end builds I would probably get something slightly more solid.

Shocked!!!

Pros: I made a positve review before. But after more experience not anymore. I would say this case has a SEVERE design problem. I would not buy it anymore and I am thinking to change to a different case.

Cons: The HD tray with the rubbers reduced the access time at my Seagate 1 TB disks from about 13 ms to about 23 and even 26 ms!!! These rubbers let the disks vibrate more so that they have problems to access. Only when I fix them with sticks on both sides to the wall so that the rubber effect is gone I get normal access times!!!

Looks strange with those wooden sticks around my HDs but there is no other option. You cannot get rid of those rubbers!!! And I have the case with the transparent side panel...

Other Thoughts: I wanted to send the disks back to Seagate already. I found this out by accident when I tested one a last time outside the case. The disks are perfect!!!

In addition to the higher vibrations the HDs lack cooling without the fan because they are isolated from the metal of the case because of these rubbers - can it be worse???? Normally this metal helps to cool down the HDs and I never needed a fan for the HDs.

So let us sum it up - the nice looking quick fixers in the case are useless. You will need screws.

The HDs access speeds get SEVERELY degraded and the HDs get less cooling without the fan. Hope they do not die earlier because of all this. So I have to stick to the fan even if the whole outside area of the case there gets very dusty. And I have to remove the effects of the rubbers.

So the main features of this case are good for nothing or even bad. On top of it not even a reset button...

Pros: Roomy case, has room for an additional 4 120mm+ fans with ease. Wide enough for a large aftermarket CPU cooler. I have a xigmatek dark knight on mine and there is still space

Cons: Needs to be just a touch wider so you can put two fans on the side along with a large CPU cooler, there is not enough to stick another fan there by about half an inch or so.
