3 out of 5 eggsTower

Pros: Looks Good, Inexpensive purchase, Good Construction.

Cons: The tool-less drive connectors for the hard drives are a pain in the but to reach on the far side of the computer.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product

Pros: Light weight for a huge heatsink. keeps my i5-2500 at around 29*C at idle, never passes 50*C even when playing BF3 and having multiple applications running at the same time.

Cons: The back plate might be a hassle to install if it's your first build.

Other Thoughts: When installing the back plate, put it against the mobo and then go 1 standoff at a time, don't put the stand offs in first and then the plate (like the manual says), it just pushes them out and might hit the mobo.

5 out of 5 eggsSatisfied

Pros: Was looking for a cheap, decently versatile case. This seemed to fit the bill. I needed the 3.5" external, and a few (read 4) internal 3.5s. This case was able to fit all my parts easily + room to spare.

Cons: Tower was just a bit too large for my liking, but that wouldn't be a con for the box itself. (no -egg)

5 out of 5 eggsLove it!

Pros: - Plenty of room to work
- Excellent Airflow
- Tool-less Design
- Sturdy Design

Cons: Given what this case costs, I can't find a valid complaint. If I had spent $100, I would have some issues with the case. But in this price range, you would be hard pressed to find a better choice.

Other Thoughts: I just put my third build together with this case and it is not showing its age at all. After over a year of owning it, any damage to the case is my fault. It's well built and is good for the long haul.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat case for the price

Pros: Tool-less design. Includes fans and power supply. ample room for disc drives and HDD's. Easy to use. Clean look. Front fan has blue light. Front header cable are sufficiently long.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've read complaints of the fragility of the tool-less connectors and the thin walls. Well, this isn't a top-end case. With that said, I found no trouble whatsoever installing all of my components. There were no sharp edges and, once together, the case is sturdy and has a nice look and feel to it. I would definetly buy this case again!

4 out of 5 eggsOver all a good case

Pros: Good price for a nice sized mid tower.

Purchased this for a customer build that didnt need a "gamer" case.

Looks really conservative, but has great air venting design, which doesn't surprise me on a CM case.

Good straight forward design inside, with the plain front to back hard drive mounts.

The tool free mounts are marginal, should be fine for hooking up the CD/DVD drives, but Im not relying on them the mount the hard drive! (used screws on the hard drive)

Cons: The side panel thickness is kind of sad, a little too thin and flexable when removed (this is the reason for 4 egg rating)
The frame and overall build quality are great, but those side panels leave a bit to be desired!

See other thoughts

Other Thoughts: Granted with the price of this case you shouldn't expect everyting the be grade A, however with the Cooler Master name I would have thought they would use a little thicker metal on the sides, or at least build in some supports to tighten it up.

I will buy this case again, its overall quality is worth the money, Im just a little disappointed.

Other Thoughts: Radiator fit was a little tight.

4 out of 5 eggscase holding up

Pros: Stylin looks and tool-free mechs (tired of dropping screws that are up for hide and seek)

Cons: Tool-Free mechs are soft plastic and break easy
Pack did not supply tool-free mechs for every slot, last search I found them on a site across the pond in jolly UK
Both side panels need to be removed to get access tool-free mechs

Other Thoughts: Study frame but metal skin is thinner than expected
It's been 18 months and I am starting to make tech-free mechs to replace broken ones or add optical and hard drives

5 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: *Inexpensive case for a low-budget build
*Comes without a power supply so you can put in whatever you want without paying for a cheap unit and having to throw it away
*Good cosmetics, clean, no stupid doors in the way
*Centralized controls and front ports let you put this on the desk or on the floor equally
*Tool-free drive clips are elegantly done (see cons)
*Tool-free drive clips feel fragile, but do hold up to the five or six times I used them during the build
*Tool-free drive clips hold the drives more securely than almost every other tool-free design I've seen in the past twenty years and thousands of cases (including many OEM designs).
*If you don't want to use the tool-free drive clip, just leave it to the side and put in screws
*Tool-free expansion card clip is easily removed for normal card mounting (I've never trusted anything but a screw to hold each card)

Cons: *Power light is extremely bright, overpowering the HDD activity light, you can't actually see when there is HDD activity. Not enough to drop an egg, but annoying nonetheless.
*Tool-free 3.5" drive mounts are on both sides of the bay, you almost have to pull the second side panel in order to add/remove 3.5" drives. Again, not enough to drop an egg, but something to keep in mind.
*Somehow I found a sharp edge, first time in several years that I've cut myself on a build. I remember when it was not a question of 'if' but a question of 'how many times', so this is still great.
*Reset button is recessed, you need a paper clip or something to press it. If I need to press Reset I don't want to spend five minutes looking for a paper clip I can mangle just to reach the button. Sure, put a shoulder on it to prevent accidents, but make it so my finger can push it. Still not enough to make this not worth the purchase.

Other Thoughts: All in all this is an excellent case for the budget build. Remember that you get what you pay for, so if you're looking for something you can drive a tank over you are going to pay a lot more than you do for this guy.
When putting something together from old parts on the side for your parents, this is an excellent choice.
