5 out of 5 eggsClassy and Functional

Pros: Lots of HD bays, excellent airflow, good looking.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I used this for my WHS build. It is quiet and I've got plenty of room for 7 Hard drives. Most people hide their server. I have mine proudly displayed in my home office!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price.

Pros: This case looks nice, with a mesh front. It has 4 locations for mounting 120-140mm fans, and one for a 120mm fan. If you choose to use the 120mm blue LED fan that is in the front, there is a button to turn the LEDs off. The tool-less mounting system for cards, drives, etc. works well, but I also use a screw to secure my heavy video card. I found no sharp edges when assembling my system. The case has a bottom mount for the power supply, and lets you mount both standard, and upside down positions. It comes with 2 sleeve-bearing fans installed, but I bought some ball-bearing fans to replace them, so I can't say how quiet they are.

Cons: Not a luxury case, so the steel is not extra thick, or fancy, just basic black standard thickness. It arrived with one small dent, but I don't know whether this is from shipping or the factory. The reset button is small, so you will probably use a pencil to push it.

Other Thoughts: I have not been disappointed by the Cooler Master cases in this price range. I own three now.

3 out of 5 eggsOK but not great

Pros: Large video cards fit. Cable routing was easy. Case is mechanically strong.

Cons: Tool less drive bays do not work with plastic drives or 3.5 inch drive converters. I had to use screws to hold drives in place. Short 1 motherboard standoff but included alot of other hardware I did not need. Bottom power supply fan opening is wrong size for most power supplies so just turn power supply over. Manual was useless, luckily I did not need it.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Case

Pros: Light and sturdy, steel matches $100+ cases. The front audio, USB, and firewire ports are solid. Good enough cable management to handle my Corsair 850TX for a nice clean look. Swapping adding/removing drives is a breeze. Has a nice filter for the PSU. Good room to handle my Cooler Master V8, and my GTX 285. Air flow is very good, and I like the looks of the case.

Cons: The silve paint on the plastic front bezel stains easily. Inside of the wire mesh on the front bezel is foam the will eventually need replaceing. (Con foe Me) Toolless plastic holding clips for any peripheral card is an accident waiting to happen. Send Screws. Unable to access the CPU cooler mounting fastners from under the motherboard tray. You will have to remove/move, the PSU to access the filter below it.

Other Thoughts: Routing all of the cables and wires takes alot of time for any good looking build. Things were real tight inside after 4 Hard Drives, a DVD Burner, and the video Card. For me it was about 9 hours over 2 days until i was very happy. Being able to install the CPU cooler without haveing to attached it to the MB/CPu would have been a major plus. I replaced the rear fan with a Ultra Kaze 120 x 38 mm. Installed 2x 120mm Scythe fans, one on the side panel and the other above the blue LED fan in front. To control the 140mm top, 120x38, and the other two i used a Scythe KM01

3 out of 5 eggsOverall good case.

Pros: Very nice looking case. The way the drives install is a plus and makes it a lot quicker and simpler than it used to be, also putting them in sideways means more space in the case. PSU position on the bottom makes PSU installation much easier and quicker, not that it's difficult with a top mounted PSU. Nice big fan on top to vent out the heat.

Cons: Front case fan vibrates a little and causes the snap on front to vibrate with the most annoying noises ever. I have to keep pushing on it to move how it's snapped on slightly to get the noise to go away for a little while but the noise always returns.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Looks nice, great step up from my build 4 years ago when I used a $20 Radimax case.

Cons: For P8P67 Deluxe, the opening to attach CPU cooler isn't quite big enough on one side to use included tool with Cooler Master Hyper 212 plus to tighten bolts. Case also blocks Marvell SATA ports.

I'm using all 5 hard drive slots and have the power and SATA cables to go with it and it was a little difficult to get that side's panel on. Could have used a little bit more room.

Other Thoughts: Power and HDD LEDs are really bright.

1 out of 5 eggsLooks great, performs rotten.

Pros: Looks good, and has nice features.

Cons: Thin sheet metal that case is made of makes loud vibrating noises. The noise will come and go. I have wasted plenty of time on this case and I am very disappointed with Cooler Master as it took forever, roughly a month and a half, for them to replace the broken ESATA front panel connector. The case showed up with broken parts inside. The quick clips that hold the cards in the case had two clips broken. I bought this direct from Cooler Master and because of them not sending me the parts to repair the new case, I could not send it back. It was now outside the 30 day return.

Other Thoughts: I have a Cooler Master case and I will NEVER buy another. The thing looks great and has great features but is made out of such thin sheet metal that it makes loud vibrating noises. The noise will come and go. I have bent door tabs, shimmed parts with rubber, and tried to bend other stuff inside case. Noise goes away and with in a day it is back. Just buy putting a shim under one leg of the case makes the noise go away for a day but it always comes back. I have fastened the DVD drives in the case and that did the most help by making the drives a structural support member in the case but it is just such a thin flimsy made case. I have wasted plenty of time on this case and I am very disappointed with Cooler Master as it took forever for them to replace the broken ESATA front panel connector. The case showed up with broken parts inside. The quick clips that hold the cards in the case had two clips broken. I could go on but Cooler Master is not a good source for cases. Looks gre

1 out of 5 eggsHow in the world?

Pros: My anticipation of having problems with purchased components was 100% meet. After reading reviews of all the components I was purchase (complete build) I knew it was going to be a gamble, thought I would have problems with the mobo never would have thought the connecters inside the case would be completely destroyed.

Cons: Opened the box to find the front I/O panel cable connects (mobo side) looked like they went through a grinder. The audio connecter was in five piece and the wires were torn from the USB connecter. Just my luck. RMA'd but I'm losing time on the other components.

Other Thoughts: How in the world can a connecters inside of the case get destroyed? Had to RMA back to Newegg, but my return clock keeps ticking away with all my other components will I wait for a replacement. By the time I get my replacement case I'll only have 2 weeks to varify all the other components work. Newegg should send a replacement immediately and bill me if they don't receive my return case. Not a good firt impression with newegg.

4 out of 5 eggsClean Case with One Shortcoming

Pros: Solid, quiet, plenty of expansion bays, stock fans keeping everything cool so far but still lots of space for expansion

Cons: The 3.5" expansion bays run the width of the case, not the depth of the case so you have maybe an inch of space on each side to run your SATA power cable in. The tightness was wrenching the cable and caused the flimsy plastic connectors of the SATA ribbon to snap off. Ended up having to use electrical tape to keep them attached.

Other Thoughts: This is a nice box that I'm using for an HTPC. I gave up on those tiny HTPC cases because they're too hot, too noisy and don't have available storage expansion. This box has it all. Sure it's bigger than a normal HTPC case but it gives me everything I want and actually works.
